i wand to give negative star..... but no option there..... the laurel MD location .. don't go to that location..i asked before i waited in line try to trade twenty dollar bills for 100 dollar bills finally my turn the person at the counter said we don't do that here. just rude after i've waited for a good while now i am thinking about closing my bank there .. after 30 + years... thinking hard about it right now

I came into bank on my lunch break , for a notary to notarize my documents . I waited over 20 minutes, still no one provided me with an update on how much longer I will be waiting . I am now due to return to work and I have her to receive any assistance

I've been banking with capital one for many years now and I usually do not go inside to cash a check, but today I did because I did not want to wait for the mobile deposit. I went inside to cash the check and the lady that was supposed to do this service for me asked me have I banked here before which if I didn't I wouldn't have went in there in the first place. I gave her the check and she tells me I can't cash the check, she does not give me a reason at all. This is the first time I've ever gone through this before with them I don't know if its discrimination or what, but not wanting to cash my check and not giving me a reason screams it to me!

They discriminate alot here, their Manager Twene Samuel already judged me even though he doesnt know me. This branch treated me like a suspect just because i wanted to open a business account.

A complete waste of time , a mix No Personalities & I don't care customer service I had today at this location today makes me sick to my stomach. Refusal to open a business account despite having everything legal documentation needed in this country to do so. To Management , train your staff well to respect human dignity and communicate in languages that customers understand. When in dobt call the freaking manager and hopefully some manager with personality. This service was appalling and complete waste of my time. I am now living in Italy and sometime I need help for getting a new card. I called the Laurel Branch that passed me a person at the call Center. He helped me doing things step by step and we made it!! Beautiful to work with competent people, makes life much easier.

THE NEW CHASE BANK LAUREL MD LOCATION IS AWESOME! I TRULY ENJOYED MY EXPERIENCE WITH LUANA TODAY 10/14/2021. LUANA ANSWERED MY CALL EXACTLY 1 MINUTE TO CLOSING. SHE IS AN EXCEPTIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, GENUINELY EMPATHETIC AND PATIENT PERSON. I MYSELF HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS VIA TELEPHONE FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW, AND I COULD HEAR HER QUALITIES IN HER VOICE IMMEDIATELY! SHE INFORMED ME THAT THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN OPEN FOR JUST 2 WEEKS. HER SKILLSET IS INTRINSIC MEANING SHE IS NATURALLY INCLINED AND MORE THAN CAPABLE OF HANDLING THE COMPLEXITIES OF A CONFUSED CUSTOMER JUST NEEDING A SENSE OF DIRECTION AND CLARIFICATION ABOUT A NEWLY OPENED ACCOUNT. IN ADDITION, I SPOKE WITH BANKER MR. SEAN CLARK FIRST ACTUALLY. HE CALLED ME TO WELCOME ME TO CHASE BANK AS A CUSTOMER AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY PRELIMINARY QUESTIONS WITH EASE AND CONFIDENCE, JUST LIKE LUANA. ANY EMPLOYEE WILLING TO ANSWER A CALL OF DESPERATION DUE TO PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCE OF TIME DEADLINES, SUCH AS MY SITUATION, DESERVES TO BE A FUTURE LEADER IN THE INDUSTRY OF BANKING BECAUSE MONEY IS A SERIOUS SUBJECT, AND LUANA, AS WELL AS SEAN CLARK, GAVE ME A SENSE OF THEIR LEVEL OF INTEGRITY AND I SENSED TRUSTWORTHINESS FROM LUANA ESPECIALLY UPON PROVIDING HER A FEW QUALIFIED INTIMATE DETAILS OF MY ACCOUNT WITH EASE. Had me come back multiple times trying to open a business checking and savings account (same location). They have me sign in and wait every time, even bring me back to start the paperwork only to stop and say they are down a teller and can’t help me and to come back ANOTHER time. Again?!? How many times can you get turned away?! Would rate customer service 0 if possible.

Went in to see about opening another account. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I was shown several options and within a few minutes my account was opened. Delighted! The checking earns interest and there is no minimum balance required on my 360 accounts and that is fantastic!

If possible, I wouldn't even give this place one star. We needed to access our safe deposit box and were on a lunch hour. We stood in line for 20 minutes to get to a teller who then informed us that we needed to see someone else. We waited for a manager to finally show up only to get us to sign a form and then we had to wait to get into the box. We just took our stuff and closed it out. If there were people who could help those NOT there to account banking, that would be more efficient. We lost our lunch hour -- you lost our business...
