I came to the store to upgrade/trade in my phone. The employees explained an offer and attempted to add it to my account. The employees were able to do 2 of the 3 items explained in the offer. An issue occurred and I was told to return to the store the next day so complete the offer. They were not able to complete the offer and advised me to go to a different store, an actual AT&T store, not this authorized retailer store. I went to the other store and was successful. I then made a fourth trip to this store where they were not able to complete a return and needed to come back a different day. Coming back a different day would mean I would have to pay a processing fee because the store was unable to process a return within the time frame. Before I left the store I was told management would be able to void the return cost of the item I wished to return on a later date outside of the time frame. I returned a 5th time and was advised I would have to pay the fee and then call customer service to have the fee removed from my account. All of these times a manager was not available. This service was terrible and I will not be returning to this store. I advise every other person to not come to this store. I am considering other options for cell providers now because of how terrible this experience has been with this store.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Let us trade an in eligible phone, lost service on all phones on the account, had no idea how to fix it, and there were finger mail clippings on the floor :( Sent us to the corporate store. Save your time and sanity and go straight to the corporate store. Would give them zero stars if possible!

I needed to buy a new phone for personal and business use. Willie answered all of my questions clearly, suggested options and made the entire experience painless. He also took the time to help me with some items like getting my screen protector on correctly. He made me feel valued as a customer. He should be training other ATT staff at other stores! As a business owner I provide good service and expect it from others. Willie went beyond expectations. Thank you Willie!

I recently went to the AT&T Store in Edgewater MD to change over from Sprint/T-Mobile to AT&T and upon arrival at the store it was nothing but excellent customer service and support. I even ran into a minor speed bump with someone that had my same name attached to a delinquent account and my sales representative “Ivan Castro” was Phenomenal at helping me clear that up and getting me switched over. He’s actually one of the Best Salesman I’ve ever had from beginning to end he was on point and patient. Great Place and Wonderful Experience. They are Super Awesome I wish I could give more than 5 Stars they deserve 10 Gold Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Adam had very excellent customer service, he acknowledged my family and I as we entered the store, thanked us for being patient, was able to answer all our questions. He was very specially nice and patient with my elderly mom he even thanked all of us and we were all able to make our purchases in a timely fashion. Just to say I have never had a good time spending my money in a store and having fun at the same time. As soon as I walked in Adam was so helpful and amazing. He greeted me with a smile and I was able to discuss the issues with my new phone which he resolved. Extremely helpful, kind and indeed went over and beyond to assist despite the store was closing.
