This is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. This is worse than horrible. I walked in confident and looking good, and I walked out looking ugly and upset. Never coming back here again. I could’ve done this same exact haircut in my bathroom for free. Never come here for a haircut. Zero star rating. Idk how you cut someone’s hair like mine, look at it, and think you did a good job. My blind grandma could’ve done a better job than this Service: Haircut

I would like to thank Tabitha and all the other employees that go out of their way to help my son with his haircuts. My son, Christian is special-needs and my parents Steve and Jackie bring him there when he visits with them. It has always been a struggle cutting Christian's hair and I am very grateful to Haircuttery in Hampstead for making this possible for Christian.

I showed up as a walk-in and new customer today. Parking is available right in front of the shop. The staff was friendly. I was immediately assigned to Donna. She asked me to wash my hands and everyone was masked making me feel secure. Donna asked me what I was looking for in a haircut. She only grinned when I confessed to botching a DIY haircut a few months ago. She opted for lots of layering and texturing to repair the self inflicted damage. Donna is one of those magicians who can assess your wishes/available hair/face shape and create the look you were hoping to get. I walked out looking great and feeling even better. Looking forward to scheduling with Donna again! The conversation made the time enjoyable too. An excellent first experience with this Hair Cuttery branch.

Literally worst haircut Iv ever had. The fact that she didn’t know what a part, or even how to fade hair correctly is sad. I highly doubt they have any prior training. 10/10 will not be coming back to this place. If there was 0 stars that’s how I’d rate it. My stomach turned as I left the building with huge regret of coming here. Service: Haircut

Walked in and there were two employees working. One was actually outside when I walked in, and she followed me in the building. Because I didn't have an appointment, they claimed they couldn't cut my hair. Told me I could come back Monday if I wanted. She had a scheduled appointment 20 minutes later, and I guess she was going to just sit there and wait for that client to come. I already didn't like the fact that they are likely not shampooing and conditioning hair at this time due to covid restrictions. Yet they are charging the same price for less service(I called and asked pricing before going in, and website says that price includes washing with shampoo and conditioner).
