It Was outstanding service. Patient young man and young lady with customer in front of me who held the line for 10-15 minutes. Still, the two, young man and lady were pleasant, respectful, and the food was SERVED HOT AND SERVED RIGHT THE 1$T TIME! VIVA LA WENDY'S!

I spent FIFTY minutes in the drive through line. After that long of a wait, I still got the wrong drinks, and a bag of fries and nuggets that was missing all 4 hamburgers I ordered. None of the staff apologized for the wait time or seemed concerned about helping the customers. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this location again!

I waited 20 minutes for the senior someone to take my order asked for the senior discount waited 15 more minutes. I kept blowing the horn to ask what was the matter. Got ignored and gritted on by the staff who were about 40 yes Younger than I am. Food was nasty.

I don't know where to start. I only come to this one because it's the only one on the way home from. I do not recommend this location. I've came here about 4 times in the last few weeks because I love Wendy's. Today I placed a mobile order in hopes that it would be ready by the time I got there. 1. The order was not ready 2. One sandwich was the double bacon burger and for some reason they put green chips on it? 3. Other customers came in because their orders were incorrect too so we had to wait twice as long because they were also fixing 82939 orders 4. The other sandwich was a son of a baconator, they gave us 2 double cheddar burgers 5. I'm 9 months pregnant and when I have a craving I HAVE A CRAVING I ended up tossing my burger because they just kept getting things wrong and we were there for 45+ minutes. I don't recommend this location and unfortunately I will have to bite the bullet and skip out on my Wendy's fix while in this area. Also, the layout of this parking lot is confusing so BE CAREFUL because fender benders are imminent due to the compact parking lot and the odd positioning of buildings. I would rather just not come to this shopping center.

Great service, food was hot and ready! Placed a larger than expected order and was pleased to find that the order was accurate. Our team enjoyed their breakfast and the Wendys Team made it possible with their good food and effortless, high level service.

I run a Craft Services Company that provides food and drink for Movie, TV and Video Productions. We placed a large breakfast order and I am pleased to say that the manager, EMANI, made sure that the order was accurate, hot and ready for a timely pick up. Her level of service exceeded my expectations which made the experience even more pleasurable! I am pleased to give this establishment a 5 Star Review.

7 to 8 cars in the drive thru and waited and hour to place and order and recieve the food. Food wasn't hot but the order was correct and the manager said they had many call outs. They did the best they could.

Each and every time i come to this location i get horrible service. They always get my orders wrong and i have even gotten angry responses followed by tainted drinks for asking for no ice in my drinks. The staff here is just…they just shouldn’t be working here or anywhere around food maybe at autozone or something. Avoid this Wendys Choose chipotle or go to the Wendys in capital heights

If I could give them a 0 I would. First of all I walk in and have to wait 10 minutes to even be assisted with my order. The cashier kept walking by and so did the manager, but no one asked me if my order had been taken. Then I placed an order for 2 big bacon classics; one was a double, light on the mayo, no pickles, no onions and the other a single with pickles, light on the mayo, no onions. The guys asks me if I want the onion tangles and I'm like I don't know what that is but no type of onion. Then I got my receipt and I understood why he said no onion tangles. It was because he rang me up for a jalepeno bacon cheeseburger instead of the big bacon classic. I quickly told him his mistake so that the person making the burgers made the right ones. STILL WRONG! All they did was take the jalapenos off, but the big bacon classic is supposed to have lettuce and tomato. After speaking with the manager she was able to fix it, but everytime I come to this location something always goes wrong. My order was taken at 1:10 but I didn't leave until 1:41. Sad thing is my fiancee works at another Wendy's and the service received between the two are like day and night. But no one feels like having to drive even farther just to get good service because the food will be cold.
