Ahh what can I say the ppl they have working in there have no knowledge of car repair and it's very annoying becuz I'm an auto mechanic I work for Mr Tire and I have to always explain in depth of certain parts I need that I shouldn't have to do becuz if yur working there I'm sorry you should have some kind of car knowledge.

Manager was extremely rude. Had an alternator from them less than a year old still under warranty, he refused to swap it out with a new one and honor the warranty. Told me I had to go to the original store which is in another state.

I went into the South Salisbury location this morning just to trade out a part and had an awful experience. Trading the part out was fine, but they guy that waited on us had the WORST attitude from the moment we walked in until the moment we left! Alvin T you really need to work on your customer service skills.

One of the larger stores on the shore. The sales floor may not seem like much but they have a very good parts stock in the back. Newer location.

I love advance auto parts but the guy who waited on me....Shan...acted like he had a attitude. Not friendly at all. I would recommend going to the Delmar Delaware store. No taxes. Or Auto in Delmar. They are always friendly and helpful.

I am a RN temporarily working at the Mass Vax site in Salisbury, MD. I went to the Advanced Auto Parts store on Salisbury Blvd and I went to buy wiper blades. Barb tiny gurl who was just recently married, greeted me as I walked into the store. She explained by he different products to me and offered to install them for me!!! I was floored, we walked out to my tall keep grand Cherokee and she was vertically challenged ~ she went in and was able to flag down her co worker Lorenzo who was able to easily reach the JHook. He took the time to educate me as well!! Totally impressed. I would recommend that anyone that needs auto parts go to this store!! Friendly 😂
