I went there for an inspection (I drove my car there). The mechanic tells me what the car had no power and that he is unable to complete the inspection. I told him that I drove the car there and it was working. He turned on the car and was saying that it wouldn't move. He said that it might be the transmission.I couldn't understand how the transmission could go bad (the car was fine before bringing it to this shop). He went into his bay and I received the inspection paper from the office person. It said that car had no power. I paid the inspection fee and started the car and it was moving fine. I went back into the shop and told the person there that the car was working. She said that I should get the things on the paper fixed and I could bring it back before 30 days to be reinspected.

Took my car in for MD state inspection. Failed the first time. But, each area of repair was itemized and priced. The Customer Service agents were great, kind and knowledgeable of vehicle repairs.. Waiting lounge was comfortable. Overall, a very professional, timely service.

This place is the worse my insurance company sent me here they had my car for a month lied about putting on a new tire that my insurance company paid for and went back to question them that's when they put it on. I was quoted an astronomical fee of $923.00 to weld a step board on my Hummer. The manager's explanation of the price was because "it's an all day tedious job and the mechanic's hourly rate is $115.00 per hour". They finished the job in less than four hours. When I asked about a price adjustment, I was told "we did you a favor and had more than one mechanic work on it to get you out faster". So, instead of $115.00 an hour for one mechanic, I'm paying multiple mechanic's hourly rate? It's a truck, not a ship. I paid a diagnosis fee of $94.00 for the windshield wiper motor. They told me they couldn't reprogram it. So, I have to pay another diagnosis fee at the dealer! I will update this review if the manager reaches out to refund a portion of the mechanic's hourly rate they charged me. The best thing about this visit was the customer service agent's smile. Thanks Jay. Bye Jay.

Called early in the morning to inquire about a safety inspection. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant. I was able to come in right away about 30 minutes later. I checked in and they begin my inspection no less than 10 minutes. The facility is nice quiet and clean, with a decent waiting area. Would recommend.

This is how they do me. I had to travel back to El Paso TX because, I’m in the army and thats where my duty station is. I needed new tires and rotors and brakes before traveling back to TX to be safe and I got it done at this awful place. I paid almost over a grand to get Everything done. But, when I drove the car 2 weeks later my right side passenger side tire was making some squeaky noise. I went to a Toyota service here in El Paso TX to get it check. They said It was missing some shins and the rotors wasn’t resurfaced and the alignment was messed up. It’s a shame that this kind of business are allowed to operate and my life and safety was on the line. All my life I was thought about honesty and integrity in the army and these people had none. TERRIBLE place don’t risk you and your families life in jeopardy. Go to a very well known auto repairs In your area. Services: Brakes, Wheel alignment
