Everything seemed good on day 1. The guys even stayed later than closing time to help make sure I was taken care of. Day 2 I realized one of my wheels was cross threaded on. The brand new lugs were damaged along with the studs. I called and informed the owner what happened and he didnt want to correct the problem without charging me all over again. To me that's not customer service. When you damage something it is your responsibility to correct the issue for free. So I have to give this place 2 or 3 stars. They slowed up my progress on what I needed to do.

This place is great and I will recommend my family and friends. My tire blow out on the highway I contacted Use Tires to Go and someone was there within 20 minutes. Great roadside services!! After talking to the guy he was the owner. This place is awesome he picked up the tire to fix it and returned with in 30 minutes. He also asked if I would like to go with him because I was on the highway by myself. I declined but he even brought me water back great business!!!
