Went to Williamsport after dealing with Hagerstown and not having a pleasant experience. I was greeted upon entry and the manager was helpful when looking for a car part for my Ford truck. Unfortunately they were out of stock of the needed part. But I will definitely be coming back to Williamsport.

I came in for a part and even though I got told there wasn't a part available anywhere by the hagerstown store. This store told me they also didn't have it or any other store didn't have it however they said they'd call me back because they'd call the DC warehouse directly to see if it's there. I told them about hagerstown and they said wow I'm sorry they probably didn't feel like calling. This store really feels like they want to help you and are super nice about it like they want to come in and help you.

Customer service is horrible. Counter guy had a serious attitude. Went in for a set of plugs and he never said what he had or how much they were. Then copped an attitude when I didn't want champions or the 50 dollar autolites.

I love this place. Kind of old school like I remember auto parts bring in the good old days. Knowledgeable staff that will go out of their way to make sure that you get the correct part for your auto repair.

Napa was my go to Auto parts place when ever I ran into some thing odd. The store in Williamsport has become another one of those, if it doesn't come up in the computer right away you are out of luck. The counter people just shrug their shoulders and don't put out any effort to get the proper part. I was aways willing to pay the higher price from Napa, because of the quality service. But because of the I don't care attitude and high prices I have found buying parts on line is less expensive and a better experience.
