Would be nice if the workers didn't make drinks and make food orders based on if you're a regular or not. Would have gave 1 star but the coffee was was to order and my food items were delicious. But recieved completely subpar customer service. 😔

This was a great find and a pleasant walk from Lasell University. It was very clean, the baristas were polite and always on top of things. And even for a small location, it's so well organized that even a full house isn't overwhelmingly loud.

Came in for a quick coffee at 2 25 pm.No cards accepted ,cash or app only.My 7 y old wanted a coockie and my wife was waiting for us,she wanted latte.Oh well,me and my son went out for cash -coming back ...it takes nearly15min and person behind me got served her drink before us....And there were at least 5 people behind the counter at that point. There is a reason I presonally would never go for Starbucks for myself.

Consistently the slowest and most disorganized chain restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve never left a review anywhere before, that’s how annoying this place is on a regular basis. Takes less time to drive to a farther location for your coffee.

Perfect customer service. I order drinks and food . I was late to get it and it was already melted . They made new one for me . Thank you Anton

Not only did I ask for trenta drinks and instead I got venti but I also ask for no Ice in one then received ice. The light ice drink was filled to the top with ice. These were dragon drinks with out the fruit because they didn't have any which wasn't a huge deal.

Usual Starbucks menu and offerings. Don't understand why people will camp out in this location for hours. No decor, limited seating because of social distancing and they don't effectively setup outdoor seating.

It's a decent Starbucks location. There's a lot of table space if you're someone looking to come with a laptop to get some work/studying done. They did mess up two of my friends orders but they also seemed reasonably busy. Follow up: after going more I’ve noticed they mess up orders often
