Kourtni made my move out easy and was a pleasure to work with. The facility was clean (and smelled wonderful). I was checking out around closing and Kourtni didn’t make me feel rushed at all. My only note is for anyone looking to book a storage space: be sure to read the fine print about rate increases. They are not locked in when you sign up/move in (I believe this is true at all storage spaces statewide).

This was my first time ever using a storage center. Everything has been so seamless at this location! Making my reservation and accessing my unit for the first time went very smoothly. I ordered a few items on Amazon Prime day and Kourtni helped me understand the process for shipping items directly to the storage center, helped me do the necessary paperwork so they could place my packages in my unit, and even gave me a courtesy call when my package arrived!

The manager, Kourtni, was incredibly friendly and helpful! Her professionalism and competency was very reassuring and comforting. I’m glad to hold my stuff in this space knowing that she works here. I was locked out of my unit (I lost my key like an idiot, it happens) and she was able to quickly and easily unlock my unit and provide a new lock. Despite coming back to work after recently injuring her hand, she took the time to drill our old lock open with a smile on her face the whole time. I greatly appreciate Kourtni and Extra Space Storage for their incredible service. Thank you!

ALWAYS an A+ experience with the employees at this Rumford Ave location. They could not be friendly, helpful or more accommodating. The facility is always clean and I feel safe entering the building during off hours on my own because of the security in place. Highly recommend using this storage unit over any others in the area

All around great experience. Facility was very clean, well maintained, great security and friendly staff. Elevators were big and there were always plenty of carts to help me get things to and from my unit. Affordable and easy to get to. Highly recommend

I have used storage here for almost 2 years, and it has been a pleasant experience. Easy to put stuff in and easy to take out. The management has been very helpful even after I closed my storage. They refunded the excess charge quickly and even held on to the lock and key our mover left on the floor! A special thanks to Kourtni who called me twice to make sure I pick up the lock!

Kourtni was very helpful in showing me several units. She remained patient and accommodating as I vacillated between sizes. I was impressed with how clean the facility is. Registering was also easy. I explained that I was trepidatious based on the reviews I read about quick and large increases which seemed like a bait and switch. She said they can go up in price twice a year and that it could be a wide range depending on the market. I like the location and condition of the facility, so I will go month-to -month and hope they honor my price. I won’t hesitate to move to another facility if they increase my unit price too soon or by too much.
