The nicest young man works at the gas station on Boston Turn Pile in Shrewsbury! He is very helpful and always tells me about deals that are going on! he is also very patient even when there is a long line and remains particularly calm! Thank you Christopher!

Excellent experience. Went In last night midnight. Guy was fantastic. Had a issue with my gas door wouldn't open. Without even hesitation he was walking out with me asked to pop trunk showed me where the cable goes I to the latch and it opened. Tried to tip him he politely so no Thank you. You don't see that anymore that level of customer care. THANK you nouria. I review quite a bit and hardly ever give 5 stars. You deserve it. Berlin ma. Guy with white hair.

The single Worst place I’ve ever spent my money!! Just plain horrible, customer service even worse and the staff was absolutely clueless and my family and I as if we were to hurry get our things and go..... I’ll never spend money with the hack of a gas station. SO MANY BETTER OUT THERE.

Agawam , the store manager is the rudest manager I've ever seen. Several people have left after making complaints to local number to no Avail.. She has no people skills.. This seems to be the norm with this corporation...THEY DON'T CARE.

I just got back from the store on Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury. The young cashier had his chin covered with a mask. When I asked him if he shouldn’t put it over his face he said no I’m covered I’ve got it on. Why must the customers have a mask on but the cashier do not seem to give a damn. Where is the supervision?

The store here in Maine is horrible! Some of the staff is super friendly but management has no clue. They are constantly out of things and their registers are always broken. Although the staff is friendly, they are often clueless as well. I blame that on their lack of training. I just don’t understand why this store can’t seem to get it together!

June 8th at store #04028 about745 pm. I just tried to get air in my tires, pump was broken. Tried to let them know inside it was broken and was met with dome dude not in uniform but behind the counter about it. He said "yeah we know it's been broken a while" and I said I wished I knew that before I put my money in. His reply was a very sarcastic and loud "THANK YOU HAVE A NICE DAY SIR" . I don't know who he was but he's giving you a terrible name.

Horrible customer service at shell on farmington road in Rochester NH. Always get an attitude from the same cashier when I use my debit card

The resent decision by management shows a lack of leadership and foresight. The fact that they could not render better disciplinary actions other that firing a employee that protected himself shows that management is short sighted and unable to make proper decisions. It has been said that the only thing needed for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing. To punish this employee for protecting himself and the store is just short of criminal.
