Love love love ROCHE BROS!! Expect for one of the most rudest elder employee I have ever met. She works in floral but let me tell u she is in everyone business & not in a good way. She’s dead rude to so many employees I don’t understand how she has a job.

I VISITED ROCHE BROS IN NORTON ON WED DEC 18 2019 AND I INTENDED TO BUY SOME OF THE ADVERTISED HANUKAH. I WENT TO THE KITCHEN DEPT AND AKED FOR THE SWEET AND SOUR STUFFED CABBAGE. THE CLERK STATED HE DID NOT HAVE THIS ITEM. I THEN ASKED FOR THE HOMEMADE NOODLE KUGEL ANDN THE CLERK STATED IT DID NOT COME IN YET.(homemade) in fack none of the advertised items for hanukah were on display. I PURCHESEDNTHE CABBAGE BUT AFTER NOTICING THAT THERE WAS NO JUICE I RETURNED THE CABBAGE.I DID NOTIFY THE STORE MANAGER AND HE WAS VERY CONCERNED AND STSTAED HE WOULD SPEAK TO THE CLERK.IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE THE PRODUCT DISAPOINTED NCUSTOMER
