They gave me a coupon. I went to use it. They said they don't accept coupons. IF THERE PLAN WAS TO GIVE ME A FAKE COUPON TO TRICK ME INTO GOING THERE AND PAYING FULL PRICE, then that did not work. I am glad the burger king next door was open, otherwise I would of starved to death. 🖕This place

I visited this restaurant a few days ago and there is this employee named “Carl” who works there and he started to argue with me when I asked him why the price on the menu and the system was different. He kept arguing with me about it and then threw the sandwich towards me and says “Get out from here”. The owner of the restaurant should probably take actions against him. This is the worst restaurant and i would recommend people to visit this restaurant. The owner can review the camera footage as well if she thinks that didn’t happen.

Your adding of tip gives customer no option to show appreciation or disatisfaction. It just incorperated into your price I wonder does the person really get the tip. This is not in all subways country wide. So as this is why your ratinng is low. Unlike the subway in farmingville n.y. Read definition of gratuity on google and I do tip

This is a solid Subway. It's pretty clean and the owners I believe work there so it's really efficient. It's located right in the middle of Braintree across from chili's and next to Burger King and just off the route 3 rotary. So it's pretty convenient location. Meant you do going the right way because there it's all one way in and 1 way out Oh yeah don't forget to like my review if it helped you at all.

Very dishonest. Zero stars and will not go back. They have a special $2.99 6” oven roast chicken, not only do they advertise this but they do not honor this deal clearly on their window. Attorney general will hear about this false practice.

Owners are awesome, I did a party sub for a first communion and the food was great and bread was fantastic. She also was so nice and baked cookies for me. I will always use this location.

Friendly good service and fresh tasty food. I had a ham sandwich on whole wheat bread with tomatoes and olives, yummm!! The restaurant is spotlessly clean and looks new. I went at about 6 pm and the atmosphere was quiet, peaceful and friendly.

Let me just say... I’m impressed. I have never gotten good customer service at any subway but today was different. I went in for my lunch and asked for a foot long veggie delight. The man proceeded to ask me if I was vegan or vegetarian which I responded “yes”. He then made sure that the subs with meat on them moved down the line before he put mine down. He then changed his gloves and did mine completely separate. It may not be that big of a deal to people or you’ll say “they should do that anyways” but you’ll be surprised at how many locations I’ve been to that don’t do it, or give horrible attitude if you ask them to! I wish I got the mans name but he was great and made my day!

This was a bit of a hole in the way Subway. Parking was very confusing and the place itself was on the smaller side. Our server was efficient and helpful. I was very disappointed with their "avocado" it was almost mashed potato like and had little flavor.
