So I made my purchase last year, waited to make this review. My car has been great to me no problem basic maintenance done to it. I travel a lot (road trips) in 1yrs I’ve been to New York Pennsylvania, DC, Maryland,. Funny thing is I had to come back to the dealer to show him the car is great and I need a state inspection. The dealership was super happy to hear I love my car and it’s been good to me. For many more years. PS.. Dealership workers with your credit. Great payment plans. Great communication when I even invest in a another car I come back here. Thank you

I recently purchased a Mazda RX 8 on 08/19/2021, which included a 60-day warranty. Car was paid in full with my debit card. We were told we would be reimbursed for a service fee from the credit card transaction in addition to the inspection fee as we were unable to obtain a RI inspection in MA. We did one final sweep of the car before leaving, and were told the car would be detailed and buffed before we picked it up, as the car was very scuffed and scratched, and there was an issue with the windshield wiper motors that would also be fixed. Called once a day to check on the status of the car and kept getting the run around - car was held at the dealer for 4 additional days and was finally picked up on 08/23/2021, there was no detailing, and the wiper motor was not fixed. We were then informed that the mechanic that works for the shop does not work on Mazda/rotary motors, and the wiper motor was not addressed. Gary informed us he would reimburse us for the part for the motor to get it fixed ourselves, to just let him know a price (less labor). I was able to register the car on 09/01/2021, but had to pay RI sales tax at the DMV as we did not have a notarized document stating we paid MA sales tax and unfortunately the purchase receipt we received was not good enough. I contacted them via text about this and they said they would be willing to work with me and would call when they were at the shop the following day. We did not receive a call. I've been trying to call the shop numerous times over the past month to address these issues with no answer. I was told via text if we did not hear anything by noon on 09/08/2021 to call the number directly. I did, with no answer. I called the shop multiple times and still also no answer. Finally came to an agreement via text and a check was to be mailed. It has since been 2 weeks since the check was supposed to be mailed and has not been received. Additionally, car failed inspection and dealer has since been unresponsive in all forms of media (texts, phone calls, Facebook messenger) for getting the car fixed. We have since fixed the car ourselves since we have exhausted all options in getting a repair or even a reimbursement from the dealer. Very displeased with the entire transaction. Please contact me if you would like to make this right.

The dealership did Not make the necessary repairs as promised which was a broken window of the convertible 2004 Chrysler Sebring or the air conditioning as well. They chose instead to ignore my calls and intentionally left their mailbox full so you could not leave a message either. I have had to pay for the repairs myself and file in small claims court for my costs and the money I lost as a result of missing time from work. They will be responsible for this in the courts.

A couple months ago, I was involved in a rear end collision and was out looking for a car. Rhode Island has a lot of shady used car dealers that I visited that are not trust worthy. Thankfully, I was lucky to find this place. I called and was greeted with a warm response and scheduled an appointment to come in to look at a Buick. When I arrived the car was washed, had its dealer plates attached and was ready to go for a test drive. The odometer read exactly as it said on the website and besides a few scratches on the vehicle, there were no Mechanical problems with the vehicle after I inspected and drove it. I signed the paper work and bought it for a relatively cheap price compared to other dealers in the area With a warranty and no extra cost. (vehicle had 76,000 miles on it). They’re also including a Military discount to my purchase and I’m thankful to know that the discount Is available to all service members. Furnace Brook Motors is one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had, it was quick, structured, and straight to the point. I highly recommended this place for anyone out there looking to buying a New/used vehicle! Update: *My car is still running strong, I will post an update in the future*

I bought a car here about a year ago with 82,000 miles. I walked in, the staff was friendly and the finance paperwork was quick. My car has been running fine to this day with no problems. I just change the oil and that’s it. I had a good experience and would highly recommend.

We purchase a car this week. Excellent customer service and they kept us abreast of financing progress all along the way. The car needed one thing done to it and it was ready when it was supposed to be ready. The Registry service was perfect and they got the car inspected. Friendly, know their stuff and do what they say they will do! This is the second car we've purchased at Furnace Brook Motors with the same experience both times!
