I visited this location to inquire about a membership and had the best experience with Anasheila! She was so friendly and informative! She had a wonderful, bubbly personality and answered all of my questions. If you’re thinking of joining a super clean gym with a friendly staff, I highly recommend this location.

If I could give 0 I would. What type of gym auto renews a membership after a year without asking to re-sign for a renewal? Just so happened to check my bank account today to see the 59.99 taken out, and I had not authorized that... I would of declined my renewal as I am moving out of the area. Terrible experience. Look for a gym with more transparency.

When I signed up for my membership, i told Brendan that I was only signing up for one month and I wouldn’t be here after that, he didn’t explain me that there’s a flat rate of 50$ for a monthly membership and instead signed me up for the wrong membership and I had to pay extra money and I would have to pay for another month as well. I do not like this crunch at all, costed me extra money and I wasn’t explained the correct membership plan and it’s always busy and I’d have to wait 40 minutes for a bench to clear up. Not worth going here. Rather go somewhere else like work out world.

After multiple efforts to cancel my membership I'm now calling my credit card to add a dispute on the latest charge. I've gone into the gym to cancel and I've called and been told it requires multiple steps to cancel. I'm told I'll receive an email as an additional step, then I don't receive the email. On and on... So, Crunch Fitness, STOP making it impossible to cancel memberships and stop charging my credit card! So, update. Crunch Fitness Fall River has now sent me a new bill, along with late fees because I told my credit card to put their charges in dispute. The cancellation department, which is only open during work hours (when I need to be working) insists that they will not cancel the membership until I pay them these new fees. More of my time taken with no outcome, except for negative customer service. So, Manager at Crunch Fall River or owner at crunch Fall River, are you happy getting public reviews like this? Or does anything matter when it comes to business practices. BTW, NO answer at the gym today.

I never encountered such a horrible experience at a gym in my life I been working out for years and this gym really did it for me Stephanie which was a worker at the gym is very rude!!!! I’m completely disgusted with her attitude you never know what someone is going through you should be treating everyone with respect as that is your job… but more importantly you should encourage people to sign up and want to continue coming to crunch gym not make people walk away greatfully I found another gym!

Been a member for 2 years. Frustrated that the single source of clean drinking water is always inoperable. Staff should schedule a frequent filter change and maintenance of that water dispenser. Literally takes 10 minutes to fill a water bottle. I have same system at work, all it takes is a new filter. Hard to work out if you can't drink.

So this place was great when it first opened and decent throughout Covid as well but now they are just trashy. Why are acrylic nails chilling on the floor of the locker room for days? Trash and paper everywhere too? Paper towel dispensers that break or are empty, lack of cleaning supplies. Clearly the staff have stopped caring or aren’t paid enough to, but it’s disgusting to walk in and see all of the trash and dirtiness from the day before still there, it’s gross and sad considering it’s a new facility. Thinking about making a switch because I hate a dirty environment.

Great fitness club because of Staff members like Zach and Macayla . They alway take the time to say hello and make themselves available to help out or answer any questions I might have. Thanks to Zach and Macayla I have finally found a fitness club that I love going to. I would also like to thank Josh who always seems to be there when I come in. Josh is always very upbeat and welcoming and of course a New England Pats fan.

I’m so happy I joined Crunch Fitness a few months ago. I love the gym set up and how available the HIIT Zone is for anyone to use. I would definitely recommend everyone to join this gym and if you are looking for a Personal Trainer Jared is awesome!!! He has definitely been a blessing in my weight loss journey! He is amazing and works with you.

I had been a member since last September and had come into an issue with a few things in regards to billing and the gym itself. I had learned that Brendan T. took over being the manager and he was an absolute breath of fresh air and helped resolve all my problems stemming from the last manager. Wonderful person to deal with and he accepted my issues as his own and saw it through and was 100% professional all around. Great manager and great replacement.
