There's a guy there that runs the drive thru at the pharmacy with a ponytail that is a really nice. fast .respectful.acts like he cares about the patients....that pharmacy in its self is awesome . Keep up good work guys

I don’t know if it’s just me or if the CVS really don’t treat Black people right in MY OPINION every time I come up there it’s always a wait like a longer wait/a problem with my prescription getting filled than the white customers way longer than it’s always a problem with my prescriptions like yesterday I went there to get the other half of my dermatology prescription I go threw the drive through so I won’t be standing there while they tell me they don’t have my ID/ Insurance card on file when I come there every time I need a prescription filled I just think it’s crazy anyway I wait in the line just to finally make it to the window and the man says oh I don’t have a prescription for you and how it looks like i’m gonna have to call the dermatologist office to figure out what’s going on with my prescription I’m just like okay and drive back home but I’m thinking I’m going to call them and have my prescription sent to the Walgreens because it’s getting to be difficult to not get angry if ever time it’s a problem.

Always a great experience at CVS Services quick and efficient Pharmacy sometimes backs up nobody likes the noon to 1 closure for lunch but it is what it is work around the drive-through is somewhat slow on Sundays but generally fast

(Minus) -10⭐'s. You Work For Us, We Don't Work For You, We Pay Your Wages. Staff is Rude, Disrespectful and Down Right Mean. When I Call, I Don't Need To Hear 15 Minutes Of Information About COVID and Other Immaterial Information, Just Answer The Stupid Phone. Stop Trying To Charge Us for Medications Our Insurance Pays For, Then Lie About It. You Can Do A Lot Better. If You Hate People That Much, Then Quit Your Job. The Customer Is Always Right. Respect Your Elders. Have A Blessed Day.

2 days and multiple calls and they still haven’t filled my prescription. Was told it was just called in. Umm I can see on the app when it was called in so let’s not lie about it. Was told I should come to the store and tell them I need it then sit and wait for it. Well you phone person are IN THE STORE already so why don’t you do that?

Please if you want to keep me as a customer then have an employee at the register all the time. I am not using self-checkout. If I wanted a job I would apply within. Please sweep your entrance. Your entrance tells everything about your business. Clean is everything

STAY FAR AWAY FROM CVS!!!! The pharmacist filled an old prescription for my husband, charged us for it and I didn't know until I got home and noticed the wrong strength. They say they can't take it back for a refund because of Covid and won't refund my money. We are both retired on a fixed income. I will be changing pharmacies before his next prescription is filled and he has 15 he takes.

Rudeness on the phone. Even tho it’s legal to buy what I needed in WV and even tho CVS sells it according to google, welp, not happening at this location bcz reasons? If there’s one thing that grinds my gears it’s a pharmacy clerk who judges things about which she/he is ignorant and clueless.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are ALWAYS rude. No matter what the question or concern. I have never experienced a worse team than them. They will not pay attention to allergy flags on your accn. You literally have to doublecheck every. single. thing. they do. They will ring stuff up wrong then argue that it's your insurances fault. You have to seriously watch out for this location. Save yourself, if you have to use CVS go to the Dunbar CVS, they are so nice and helpful. Get another job if you hate your job so much!
