CrossFit133 is awesome!! My Wife and I have been members for almost 5 years. Coach Dennis and his Team are amazing people! The Coaches work with you, no matter your fitness level or restriction. Also check out the Jujitsu programs!! Coach Ryan really breaks down the moves and it is wicked fun!! Come join us!!

CF133 is my second CrossFit gym and the approach that Coach Dennis and his staff take with athletes really focuses on individual goals and needs. I challenge people who say that CrossFit isn't for everyone to talk with Dennis or take an introductory class. You will achieve your fitness goals and become part of an amazingly supportive community.

As a chiropractor Crossfit workouts are usually something we do not suggest. However, Dennis and his coaches are top notch. They coach fundamentals and make sure you are safe. Crossfit t 133 is for everyone! All skill levels and abilities! Best Crossfit on the North Shore.

I'm approaching a year at CrossFit 133... I've never been at a gym for a year! I'm not even a "gym" person. But CrossFit 133 is different...it's a community, brought together and led by an amazing owner/leader/coach, Dennis, who inspires and encourages. Dennis is accompanied by a truly devoted coaching staff, all of which have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. To top it off, CrossFit 133 has the BEST, most supportive members...the atmosphere at this gym is only welcoming, positive, supportive and encouraging...we're all here to cheer each other on, and support each other, as we reach for our personal goals. I'm in my early forties, and have never been this STRONG or CONFIDENT, in my entire life. Thank you CrossFit 133!

I joined this gym almost six months ago- it's added so much to my life. The strength & fitness gains are numerous (and the weight loss!) but the friends I've made and the things I've learned about myself are even more valuable. Sure, everyone wants to look good and drop a few pounds but you'll get so much more from this gym. You'll push yourself more than you ever dreamed possible and you'll be surrounded by people who are cheering for you (as you cheer for them, too). I know CF can be intimidating but it's not at this gym- everybody is relatively new (the gym is about to turn a year old). If you want to change your body, your mind and get fitter than you ever though possible, stop by and talk to one of the coaches. You won't be sorry!
