Time had come for me to visit a dentist, and I picked GFD because it’s the closest to my house. Dental appointments are my least favorite, and I’m sure many of you reading this can relate! Yet this experience was amazing. Phyllis was an incredible specialist who thoroughly explained each step before execution. This technique is incredibly important for nervous patients, and can reduce the anxiety by at least 93%. In addition to that, all the documents I had to submit prior to my appointment were actually looked at. Can you believe it!? They knew exactly what I said on all the forms and had adjusted their procedures based on my needs. This absolutely blew my mind. It’s like they did a case study about me before I even got there to prevent asking me a thousand questions that I’ve already answered by filling out the paperwork. Very meticulous staff with great attention to detail. Seemed to be extremely knowledgeable. Overall, super grateful for the great experience. Didn’t think it would be that easy to find a solid place that cares about their patients. Looking forward to building trust with this business!

I did not have the best experience on my last visit. However, I would still give this office another chance because the dentist reached out personally to apologize and seemed genuinely concerned. Things were out of her control. Some hygienists are a good fit for some and not for others. My overall experience at this office has been good.

Debi is gentle and calm. She’s very pationate about her work - it comes through with the care she gives to you and your teeth! I’m thrilled with my experience! I usually have lots of anxiety visiting the dentist, and I didn’t with her care! My teeth felt great when she was done. Thank you Deb! Second time in with Deb for a cleaning! Cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Sharma and the entire staff. They not only provide excellent service, but everyone was very friendly, professional, and compassionate. They don't just consider you as a patient, they care about you as a person. Very caring and thoughtful. I recommend them very highly.

If you haven't been to Georgetown Family Dentistry, then you're missing out. They have the absolute dream team over there. Firstly, Joceyln, Julie, and Gina are the holy trifecta, trinity, whatever you want to call them. From the moment you enter to even after you leave, they're with you every step of the way. And let's not forget Dr. Sharma, who runs the practice. If I asked Jesus Christ for a miracle to fix my teeth he would have said I was out of luck, but Dr. Sharma doesn't need luck or a miracle because she's the best in the business. She took my teeth which were more crooked than Richard Nixon, and made them as straight as Pedro Martinez's fastball in his prime. I'm contacting Google Reviews to see if I can give them six stars, because five isn't enough. Don't waste your time at any other dentist! Go to visit Georgetown Family Dentistry.

I cannot say enough about this office. I had my first appointment as a new patient today and the entire process was great. When I first made the appointment Jocelyn was so helpful and texted me after to direct me to where I could find the new patient forms prior to my appointment. Once I arrived the office staff was so friendly! My childcare fell through and I had to take my 6mo old daughter with me. They made us both feel so welcome. Debbie was so thorough and gentle. It had been a while since my last dentist appointment and she was kind and understanding. I am not a fan of the dentist in general, but I look forward to my next appointment.
