The place is is small bit so is the class size. Which is a good thing. It's more focused on jiu jitsu as defence instead of attacking like most MAA gyms.

I am 56 years old and I am hooked no better way to get in shape, make friends and oh yea learn BJJ from one of the best. Everyone here is great and I am always looking forward to the next class.

Honestly a fabulous gym and community. The gym space is a little smaller and more intimate. All the members have been nothing but helpful and supportive. The teachers are amazing, more than competent and truly care about their students.
