"Cashier stole from me, blantant and obvious but couldn't even wrap my mind around it until I had already left the parking lot." - my review from 3 years ago when I went to this store for the first time. The manager at the time thanked me for reporting the cashier and said they were aware of the things this person was doing and we're trying to get the proof they needed.. So, that entire time they knew she was stealing from the customers and they did nothing about it.. Which gave her the opportunity to target me. They, also, said they were going to give me $20 to make up for it but I was so disgusted I never went back, not even for the money... That was, until last night. Let me just say the two women working last night were PHENOMENAL. They were so swamped but they had smiles on their faces and we're just genuinely pleasant. Placing my order online definitely made for a much better experience, considering I didn't have to worry about anyone pocketing my money or making up a random amount of tax to charge me when I asked "there's no tax on anything?". Or making up a random amount of change to give back to me, either.

Even though the store is under $5 the savings are monumental on mostly quality items that are from wholesale buyouts. Awesome that we have this in our community!

Came in today, I have always had a good experience but not today. I bought a good amount of items and the store was very quiet. When checking out, The employee behind the register had his headphones on and appear to be listening to music and not paying attention to people trying to check out I must’ve waited a solid 10 minutes. And when He noticed me, no I approach to pay for my items, I greeted the young man with no response and just a grunt, And when I paid for all my items I asked if I could have a bag since I did get a good amount of things, he stared at me looked around and told me that he has to charge me for a bag. After I dropped all this money in their store, so I had to fumble with all my items without dropping them. It’s ridiculous to charge me for a bag. I’ve noticed since all the prices have gone well above five dollars that it is no longer a joy to shop at five below and I certainly will not be returning.

I was at the Hyannis location on Saturday evening June 25th. The store was clean and well stocked. Between mine and my teenage daughters purchases, I went to the register multiple times. The first couple times I was helped by a young employee in training. He did a great job. I noticed he was getting praise from his supervisor. I immediately started a chat with the supervisor ( I’ve been a supervisor for over 20 years ), and shared that I was impressed by her positivity. Turns out she had been covering shifts for others and she was working open to close that day. Not only was she giving great service to her customers, she was on her A game in training AND supervising. Her name was Revee. Thanks for being great Revee.
