Don't go here if you want customer service. It took all I had just to go into the store to begin with, but I was nearby and it was convenient...or so I thought. I went in to get one small item. I walked down the main aisle and couldn't find anyone to help, so I went online to see what aisle it is in. Found the aisle and in it were four associates who were chatting in the middle of the aisle rather than working. A man with a flat cart and I tried to get around them from either sides with no luck. He finally pushed his way through and they immediately closed the gap again before I could get through. I said, "excuse me" very loudly ao I knew they heard me. As I walked past they laughed at my needs to practically be rude to them. I went to the service desk for help and found yet another group chatting. Finally spoke to manager Dena who was very helpful. Won't be back. I hope they better train their associates.

One star is too high! This place is terrible. I ordered an curbside pick up and after two days it is not done. When I called a young lady answered and said, "We are busy!" and hung up the phone. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and trades commission. I'd also call the manager but he probably doesn't know to use the phone! When you order these items for curbside pickup, they sure don't mind charging your credit card IMMEDIATELY!!!! There is no way to reach a person the 800 number, this franchise is such a train wreck, it has gone so down hill. Go to Lowes!!!!

curbside has been terrible all three times i’ve done it. sat outside waiting for over 20 minutes each time and nobody answers the phone. super frustrating as i usually pick up items for my job or on my lunch break.

They need a button for 0 stars. I bought a stackable LG on June 26th. They delivered on July 5th, slammed the new machine up against my wall and said i need a plumber before they could install. Hired a plumber, called back for a new instal date. Waited at home for them only to have them pull in, park and back out. Got an immediate text saying thank you service all done?? Called service provider only to be told they left when i didnt answer my door, i explained HOW could i when they never got out of the truck..... Called HD was hung up on several times by staff, drove to HD John told me to be patient and he would help. Maybe he meant that..... Deliver, install, damage to wall and long wait for removal were unacceptable. Finally got John on the phone, he offered some compensation and today August 12th at 6am with NO prior notice they are coming to remove the old washer. I would avoid this store and try your local appliance store or better yet I was told they use retired vets at Best Buy for delivery and installation.

Looked on Home Depot shopping page found item and inventory status at the nearest store 1 hour away. On arrival store still under construction and 4 employees couldn't tell me where the items were. Finally found the items only to find out no stock available! Don't list inventory numbers if you can't be accurate. Wasted trip and especially with gas the high price it is.

Thought I'd be smart and do online order at 6am and choose curbside delivery. Well, noontime came and went with no status update. Meanwhile my time is being wasted because I need the ordered items to finish my project. I called customer service who contacted the store and then told me the store was very busy and they would try to find someone to fill my order. I drove an hour to store and got there about four pm. Order had not been filled. Seething with anger and a potty mouth, I cancelled the order. I then went to buy what was needed except by then, they were out of my most needed item so I had to settle for something else. Home Depot was also under construction in the summertime no less when it is the busiest.. was like fixing Bourne Bridge in July!!!!! Advice... DO NOT USE curb pickup or order online unless you choose delivery. I have also never seen so many associates with orange aprons. I swear they outnumbered in store customers. Sorry, need a stiff drink after this debacle.

It's under major construction and it's quite difficult to shop at. I am sure that in a month or so they will be far more organized. Right now it's a free-for-all. You have the ability to get the things that you need at your fingertips but it is quite disorganized. I will do another review once they get situated with their transformation. Not my favorite Home Depot. As a frequent/Daily customer I know my fair share about many HD layouts, employee helpfulness, parking, organization etc. I'll start with parking, it is terrible, seriously terrible. This HD is currently under construction so hopefully it is something they fix in the future. Staff gets a 6/10 for helpfulness (my experience) Organization is not great but can't blame as they are under construction. Not many home depot choices in Cape Cod

What a great place! The management team and associates are fantastic. The prices are affordable and they have a wide selection of quality products. If you can’t find it in their store, they have an infinite of products online. They’re expanding the store, so it’s a little chaotic now, but once it’s finished, it will be awesome! Can’t wait. So it’ll be worth the pain. They’re pet friendly and they provide the community great resources, especially during the most trying times, like Nor’easter, hurricanes and blizzards. Sure it’s not perfect, but what is? Let’s face reality, there are people, regardless of how great an experience is, they look to complain about something like, the ice cream is too cold, or the rice is too white, or the sun is too bright. These folks have been, and still are providing their services during the most difficult environments and don’t forget during a pandemic. All I know is to thank God we have that army of orange aprons in our community!
