So, I got a free car wash which was good. The only thing was there is only limited spots to prepare your car for the was and they had a whole roll of vacuums closed off and they were all filled up. They really need to expand.

I went through the car wash today before work, and I got out at work and there is a huge scratch on the drive side of my door. Was not there before extremely upset. I came through before and got home and noticed a knick in the paint so I started hand washing my car. I thought I’d give it a try again today and it wasn’t a pleasant surprise when I got out to check out my car. I won’t be back. Also the clean isn’t as good as it should be the back bumper and mirrors are still dirty.

Awful vacuums. They really need to step up their game and fix them. I've been to 3 other pure magics and all of their vacuums are powerful but NOT LENOIR CITY. I used H and I today and they barely work at all.

PRICES KEEP GOING UP…SERVICES GO AWAY. Really disappointed in how this place has gone downhill. Fancy remodel = HIGH prices- while they take away amenities (car mat washer, vending, detail air blower, etc- all gone.) I used to come once a week now there’s no value left here for me… Sorry to say. I’d rather stay home and wash car myself. Shame.

Wash was good, but staff were asleep at the wheel. Person was supposed to guide my tire into the groove that captures your car to pull it through the wash but I missed and he didn't notice till it was too late. First time I ever had to back up and try again.

I had a code for a free wash that turned out to actually be the price of replacing my back windshield wiper. The wash itself was nice at the time, but the hoses for the vacuum will scratch your car doors to pieces if you let them touch and the machines inside of the wash were a bit rough as they took my back windshield wiper off.

I don’t know who thought their service in prices were reasonable because I think they’re about the most unreasonable at a car wash I’ve ever seen. their floormat cleaning machine has been out of commission for I don’t know how many months and that was a key part of their service. They don’t provide materials that you can use to clean the inside of your car like solutions and cloths as I have seen and lots of other car washes. instead they have a vending machine that you have to pay for. A car wash is a car wash once you start driving through it. unfortunately this place has a monopoly on the entire area. their prices are way too high for what you get. A lower price competitor could come in and clean up.

Surprisingly they charge you per vehicle. Unlimited washes on 1 vehicle. I would pay $30 if I could wash the entire family's cars but not just 1 single car.

It's a great car wash! You can pay for each car wash or join their monthly plan and wash your car as many times as you want. There are a few different choices of washing, from a basic wash to a wash and wax with a dry. There are areas to park and vacuum and clean the inside of your car, too.
