Incredibly slow to get my medicine. called at 1:36 and machine (which is incredibly irritating) said they were working on it. I stopped by on way home at 3:20 and they didn't have it ready. finally got a call at 3:52 that prescription was ready. attempted to use drive up and neither lane moved for 20 minutes so went inside, which only added another 5 minutes.

Walgreens is a very great place to work! From what I see working here, all employees try their best to create the best customer experience, from keeping the store in tip top shape and meeting customer needs and always hoping to meet their expectations.

Our family has lived near this one for 4 months now...it is by far, the slowest Walgreens I've ever used. Time after time i have ridiculous waits in the drive thru. I had been using the ones on Mexico Loop and K&N for almost 20 years.

My 2 month old son is having trouble breathing and was prescribed a medication that no pharmacy seemed to have in stock. I called this location which is not close to my house at all and they said that they had it and to come in 2 hours and it would be ready. I get there and they tell me to wait 30 more min while they fill it. I come back and they tell me they don't have it! They called his doctor and got the medication switched. Well they only gave me 1/3 of his prescription. Now I've been on hold for 45 min trying to get it figured out. AWFUL.

Consistently the worst pharmacy my wife and I have ever used. Several times we've just given up and went back at another time only to continue with more issues. It's so bad that we're not only switching locations, we're switching pharmacies all together. Not sure if they're just picking their rear ends in the back office but our prescriptions are not that complicated. You've lost a pretty big customer with our family.

Do not use this store for COVID vaccine. Sabrina in the pharmacy is the most rude person. I waited for almost an hour past my appointment time for her to tell me that I should just leave because it's going to take another hour. Amongst other things she said. 3 other customers left after I did after this altercation. Absolutely the worst customer service.

I have had so many issues filling prescriptions here, my latest, my doctors rx didn't completely print the dose, instead of calling the doctor they had me come back the next day and still haven't called...I need my medication that I was to start taking yesterday...wth

They always have what you need when you need it. That's all anybody ever asked in the first place I went in to get pictures copy and found out if you're not deal with negatives anymore. That was a real bummer!

This walgreens is a hit or miss we have a daughter that is Chronically ill and we have to get alot of prescriptions. 1 day we will be out min 5 mins but then the next 5 times it can take over 30 to 45 mins to fill a prescription. The worst part is we get the txt its ready but because it has to be mixed we have to wait for them to mix it and multiple times it has taken over 30 mins. We have spoken to several managers and they say there is nothing they can do because the medicine requires being mixed but how is it possible 1 time it takes 5 mins and the other 5 over 30 mins seems like they just dont staff well enough or have several lazy workers during the night shift

Wife ad I went into the store to pick up some medicine the day after her surgery. While there I remembered that I send some photos to be done via the app 3 days prior. While waiting for our prescriptions I went to the photo lab. The pictures came out incorrect then I ordered. BUT, the young man name Levi (red head) help me. not only did he help me resubmit the order, he made sure it was done before we would leave the store. Well, he did and saw me walking by and brought me the new photos in less than 5 miniutes. Awesome service
