Went here around 2:20 pm for my 2:30 pm appointment to get vaccine. Paper work was completed around 2:35 pm. Had to wait almost till 2:50 pm to get my shot. It would've been better if the staffs attended sooner. Staffs were friendly though.

Pharmacy is the absolute worst. Go to Schnucks or anyplace different than the Walgreens on Mexico Loop in O’fallon.

The app for the pharmacy was down so I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes just to get told my medicine was out of stock and I would have to get it tomorrow. I always have trouble with the pharmacy and wish I could switch.

Just moved to town needed my heart medicine refilled took two 2 empty bottles they looked at them and returned back to me said tomorrow. Went back three days and on had filled one prescription not the other and did t have old bottles so had to c a 'll doctor to send a refill. Same issues in Farmington Mo as well in both stores can't believe they any use their customers. I'm talking to my insurance about another chain this is not logo.

Turned away because I was not wearing a mask. Returned with a mask, waited in a line for over 30 minutes to fill a prescription, I was then told to stand in another line. After getting to the front of the line I was told that they would only take cash.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens hold my refill even with my doctor prescription. Only one day earlier. I called many time and nobody answer the phone. I got really sick and panic went to emergency room twice that night. The next day I called the store manager. The manager was so rude , don’t want listen what I complained. I had enough with this Walgreens and their pharmacy. Poor service!!! I will transfer my refill to different location.

Poor customer service. Recently waited 1 hour on hold to speak with a pharmacist regarding a minor issue with the prescription. His was off peak hours.. BTW, during that time there was one caller ahead of me. Never got through so called again the next day and was on hold for 20-30 minutes but hung up because I had to return to work. Tried again on break and sent from hold to just ringing. All for a Minor issue.

Considerable lack of empathy for customers. Disregard for prompt & quick assistance through the drive thru. I waited at the window on a Friday morning for 10 minutes without being helped. I was told it would be several minutes, yet there are two people clearly working & no customers inside to help.

I generally like this Walgreens. The ppl are friendly and - if the drive-thru is open - it's easy to pick up meds. They have a reasonable selection of med-related items and a few groceries and snacks, which is what I'd expect from a smallish drug store. However, several times they've filled my name brand prescription with a generic. There are some meds that do not work for me as generics. Today was about the 4th or 5th time that this Walgreens has filled my name brand med with a generic, even though I have checked with my doctor and with this Walgreens to make sure it says not to fill this med with a generic. They checked and it did say that in my file but they filled it with a generic anyway. I have to be very careful when I pick up my meds here. This should never happen and it has happened quite a few times. I'm also disappointed that they cut back on the hours and seem to randomly close the drive through. (I'm sure it's not random but they don't say why it's closed or give an estimate as to when it will re-open. Hours? Days? Weeks? Months?)
