I came in to switch to AT&T and the manager Brandon was really helpful. I was looking to get the 13 pro max but he told me about the the 14 plus and it was exactly what I needed.

The young lady at the store was SUPER helpful and had great customer service skills. Talked about MARVEL movies, while I ordered my new Samsung Galaxy phone. She also sold me a pair of Galaxy BUDS Pro.

Went in with service problem, after being told by online customer service to fo into a local store. Store associate was not interested in figuring out how to fix the problem. Seems like lack of training/knowledge and lack of interest on the associate part as well. His answer to majority of my questions were idk, but never attempted to figure out how to help or even ask fellow associates. He honestly seemed more interested on the TV show than my concers.

When I walked into the store I was greeted by the staff and I was accommodated immediately. I was visiting from Texas and just coming in to inquire about the plans that you offer.I spoke with Gabriela and she was awesome very friendly and informative.

I had a very pleasant experience with getting my mon a new phone. There was no wait time when I called. The agent was courteous and seemed knowledgeable about the product. My order was places and I drove to the store and picked it up. There was no wsit time th we rr either. I just drive by let them know I was there and my phone was brought out to me immediately.
