We shop at this garden center because it is convenient to our home. Pricing could be better, but service has always been good. Very helpful when needing help with loading. ~Tina

If you are buying lumber by the semi-trailer load this is the man with the yard contacts. G Plex is a broker and can provide a quote on any size wood coming out of the sawmill. Not for DIY folks, strictly for large suppliers. Mostly works SouthEast USA but can use contacts to reach just about anywhere. ~Michael
Tires Plus
I took my Honda CR-V in to have oil change, new tires and new brakes. It took all day which is fine with me it was a lot of work and they were busy. Went to pick up at closing time. My car wasn’t ready. So I waited 30 minutes after closing. The mechanic said that my brakes would make noise and that it would go away. There was no noise but I happened to notice one tire was flatter than the rest. Checked PSI on all tires and they were all different. One tire had 40psi in it and another had 20psi. The other two were close to the recommended 32psi. I also noticed that all my caps to the air hose on my tires was missing. I went to another Tire Plus (off Piedmont Rd) and they wanted to charge me to put them on. I had to argue with them to get it done for free. It took 45 min to put caps on. I then noticed that something was off with my hub caps. Two of them were missing. They couldn’t have fallen off because these hub caps get screwed on with the rim. Called up to both locations and neither one acknowledged any extra hubcaps. Very disappointed now I have to get my brakes re-inspected because my faith that this business did a good job Is gone. Will not be returning for this businesses services. Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change ~Bryan

Went on Friday to open a locker and the Lashaun in charge has been giving me a run around since then 3 days now and jo sign of opening a locker, employees lie that they are with a customer which they want when I walked in after speaking over the phone, keep pushing responsibility on each other.... plain lazy... wish ptc branch closed since employees her dont want to work here anyways..... would be loosing all my business accounts soon.... ~Minaz

They're staff is always so helpful and friendly and usually really knowledgeable. I just wish their prices were a bit cheaper. But I get how hard it is to compete with Home Depot and Lowes. It's nice having them local in our area. ~Biloxi

I must say one untrained, unprofessional manager at this location definitely made this shopping experience horrible. I was at this location earlier and I purchased $178 worth of items, after getting out of line I remembered I meant to purchase 2 of my items with a different form of payment. So I went to guest services to return the item and get a refund on the original payment method, and then re-purchase the item using a different card. I was advised by the manager (Sheila) that I would have to wait 24hrs to return the item due to what loss prevention advised her. I then said I've never heard of that. I advised her that I just got out of line, I didn't even leave the store. I then called corporate and they stated that wasn't a policy they advised me that I should have been able to simply return the item and re-buy it using a different card. Due to this incident I cancelled my red card out and I returned $400 worth if items I purchased throughout the month, I will also return the items I purchased on today. This is not a place I would like to spend my hard earned money with. Covid has really changed the attitudes and work ethic in people. They will honestly say anything because they don't want to be at work. I'm officially no longer a shopper. P.S. Learn to hired qualified people!! ~Robi

I came in to switch to AT&T and the manager Brandon was really helpful. I was looking to get the 13 pro max but he told me about the the 14 plus and it was exactly what I needed. ~Emily
Walgreens Pharmacy
This rating is for Walgreens and not for the hard working pharmacists. I had a vaccine appointment at 6:40pm and it took them 40 minutes to even get my insurance info. I had to then wait another 30 minutes before I was vaccinated. The two pharmacists had to service at least 40 customers during this period. How can they be so understaffed during peak windows? ~Kartiq
