I must say one untrained, unprofessional manager at this location definitely made this shopping experience horrible. I was at this location earlier and I purchased $178 worth of items, after getting out of line I remembered I meant to purchase 2 of my items with a different form of payment. So I went to guest services to return the item and get a refund on the original payment method, and then re-purchase the item using a different card. I was advised by the manager (Sheila) that I would have to wait 24hrs to return the item due to what loss prevention advised her. I then said I've never heard of that. I advised her that I just got out of line, I didn't even leave the store. I then called corporate and they stated that wasn't a policy they advised me that I should have been able to simply return the item and re-buy it using a different card. Due to this incident I cancelled my red card out and I returned $400 worth if items I purchased throughout the month, I will also return the items I purchased on today. This is not a place I would like to spend my hard earned money with. Covid has really changed the attitudes and work ethic in people. They will honestly say anything because they don't want to be at work. I'm officially no longer a shopper. P.S. Learn to hired qualified people!! ~Robi
