I have never since a Target store so disorganized. It was not pleasant to see everything messy and on the floor. Guess the manager is not doing a good work keeping this store nice and neat. I was so disappointed I didn’t bug anything, although I found some I went it.

It's 1:45 PM on a Monday and I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone. What the heck? I've been inside dirtier locations, so they still get two stars. But I'm peeved about spending 10 minutes trying different options in the phone tree and waiting while it rings to get absolutely no answer.

This target has gone down hill bad. The store is a mess and has hardly any organization specially in the clothing department. You can’t really find anything due to that fact. A lot of items say they are in stock but again you will be hard pressed to find it because of how unorganized it’s become in the store.

Recent ordering and obtaining ordered items from the store was absolutely flawless. Although order pick up window was 2 hrs, I was able to get the items well within the 2 hr limit. Pleasant experience and will continue to trade this way.

I went to pick up my item, at approximately 9:45p. When I arrived a male approached and asked how he could help. I shared my name and details. He did not ask for ID or verification from me, to confirm that I was the authorized party. This is concerning, because what if someone else had knowledge of my order and went in my place. He also complained about having to leave at 10 exactly, as though me picking up my order would hinder that. Once he had my order, he pushed the cart towards me and I had to put my hand out to stop it, or else it would hit me! WTH??? Customer service is at an all time low. But I will NEVER come back or order online again, if this is how I can be treated for coming to pick up something I paid for..when it was convenient for me.

I must say one untrained, unprofessional manager at this location definitely made this shopping experience horrible. I was at this location earlier and I purchased $178 worth of items, after getting out of line I remembered I meant to purchase 2 of my items with a different form of payment. So I went to guest services to return the item and get a refund on the original payment method, and then re-purchase the item using a different card. I was advised by the manager (Sheila) that I would have to wait 24hrs to return the item due to what loss prevention advised her. I then said I've never heard of that. I advised her that I just got out of line, I didn't even leave the store. I then called corporate and they stated that wasn't a policy they advised me that I should have been able to simply return the item and re-buy it using a different card. Due to this incident I cancelled my red card out and I returned $400 worth if items I purchased throughout the month, I will also return the items I purchased on today. This is not a place I would like to spend my hard earned money with. Covid has really changed the attitudes and work ethic in people. They will honestly say anything because they don't want to be at work. I'm officially no longer a shopper. P.S. Learn to hired qualified people!!

I visited Target just this past Saturday. I went there in search of finding some good deals! I love Target ... I really do. Sometimes though shopping at Target can be really hard. At this particular store, the merchandise was disorderly, disheveled, and unkempt. So much merchandise laid on the floor and I watched people step right on piles of clothing with no regard. Another issue for me was being able to determine the price of merchandise on clearance racks. Most of it was not priced so you really did not know what was clearance and what was not. And not so surprising anymore, the red scanning machine that are affixed to the walls in Target did not work -- at least not the four (4) I tried. Finally, I don't know if anyone else has experienced this ... but when was the last time you tried to get some help from a Target store associate? Well I did just this past Saturday and I actually felt like I was intruding by asking for help as two (2) associates talked about returning to school, what to bring to the dorm, and best routes to travel. I found myself saying "I'm so sorry to bother you, to interrupt your conversation but could I just ask a couple of questions"? And quite frankly, I do not recall the last time I walked into a Target and had someone say "may I help you"! I thought ... okey dokey ... maybe I'll try shopping Target on-line. I left that store with only 1/3 of the merchandise I was prepared to purchase! Oh well ...

Karen at the Customer Service counter….”Amazing”!!!!! Thank you for being there to help following an error with the Target shopper substituting an unwanted item whereas, I had to spend an additional 20 min to return unwanted product. Karen’s customer service was beyond expected and she is a true model of what Target Customer Service should be!

Ricardo the store director does not know how to hire qualified store managers. Working in electronics, I am required to have a key to unlock all of the cases which hold expensive products. In the Target employee handbook it states that if only 1 person is working at electronics, no one can push them into another section of the store. Well on one day that happened to me and I was required to go and work over at the baby section. While I was over there 2 TVs were stolen. Then I was the one who was blamed for it because I “wasn’t in my section”. Even though one of our store managers told me to start pushing baby products out… This is not the only example of stress, nonsense, and lack of appreciation of their staff at this Target location. No wonder this store has such a high turnover rate… Definitely one of the worst work experiences I have ever gone through.
