I've been coming to see Juan at JA Motors since 2014. I had a Chevy Impala that had a check engine light on that a prior mechanic had caused. When I brought Juan the vehicle he said give him 24 hours. That was the same story I heard from every other mechanic before him, but little did I know that the results would be different. He called me back the next day and told me my vehicle was fixed. I actually couldnt believe it until I saw it. I drove the vehicle for days before going to get the admission done because I just knew that the check engine light would come back on. IT NEVER CAME BACK ON AND HE HAS BEEN MY MECHANIC SINCE!!! I love the staff and mechanics at JA Motors!

This is the second time I have been to JA Motors and I will be coming back now anytime we need work done on our cars. Our first experience was in early 2014 with a broken window motor. Juan had it fixed up within a few hours and the price was very fair at $75 for the part and labor. Most recently (September 2014) I had an intermittent battery light that we couldn't seem to diagnose. I had already replaced the battery and alternator, yet the light kept coming on. I called ahead and Juan said to bring it in and he would take a look. As I was pulling into his parking lot, he was already walking out to greet me. Despite his garage being full of plenty of work, he took care of my issue immediately, and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. The most unbelievable part is he wouldn't even accept any money for the repair - turned out to be a dirty/bad connection at the battery. It is such a rare experience to find an honest, highly capable mechanic, and I feel very fortunate to have had him recommended by a friend. Although I hope we don't have anymore car trouble for awhile, Juan and JA will be my first stop when we do. Thanks Juan!
