I took my Honda CR-V in to have oil change, new tires and new brakes. It took all day which is fine with me it was a lot of work and they were busy. Went to pick up at closing time. My car wasn’t ready. So I waited 30 minutes after closing. The mechanic said that my brakes would make noise and that it would go away. There was no noise but I happened to notice one tire was flatter than the rest. Checked PSI on all tires and they were all different. One tire had 40psi in it and another had 20psi. The other two were close to the recommended 32psi. I also noticed that all my caps to the air hose on my tires was missing. I went to another Tire Plus (off Piedmont Rd) and they wanted to charge me to put them on. I had to argue with them to get it done for free. It took 45 min to put caps on. I then noticed that something was off with my hub caps. Two of them were missing. They couldn’t have fallen off because these hub caps get screwed on with the rim. Called up to both locations and neither one acknowledged any extra hubcaps. Very disappointed now I have to get my brakes re-inspected because my faith that this business did a good job Is gone. Only place in town I could find that could replace a flat in a decent time frame. About an hour and a half. Staff was polite and cordial. Recommend over "the green logo."

I bought new tires and have a flat tire warranty. William(the so called service manager )told me I would have to schedule an appointment for later in the week to fix my flat tire.NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH TIRES PLUS! I've been to 2 others trying to resolve the problems caused from spending over a grand with them.

Caution: questionable integrity, three strikes and I'm done. I took my Prius in to this shop for the first time for an oil change and rotation. Previously I'd used a TiresPlus in Orlando and been very happy. I had an appointment which they failed to log. Strike one. They did a courtesy inspection and told me my Interstate battery also needed replacing and it would be about $170. This seemed odd because I wasn't having trouble cranking the car, but I took their word for it. I was out walking and asked them for the date on the battery. They wouldn't give it to me until I came back in the shop and looked myself. The date on the battery hadn't been punched, so that wasn't any help. After reviewing my email records, I found the receipt that the battery was replaced back in January this year at the TiresPlus in Orlando, which they should have been able to see in their system. The battery was still under warranty, and even though they don't use Interstate batteries anymore they should have advised me to call around instead of going for the quick buck. I called several places and finally found a shop in Newnan who could get the battery on short notice. They did, and I had the battery replaced for free today. AFTER they replaced the battery, the shop tested the old battery which TiresPlus claimed was failing. The battery was fine. Strike three, I won't be back.

I took a friend to get a flat tire fix. Unfortunately the tire couldn't be fix, because the big nail was too close to the side wall. They have a tire to replace it. The staff was great.

Made an appointment for a simple Alignment , dropped my car off 45 mins before my appointment time and still took 4 hours ! To even have it looked at for them to come and tell me I needed a repair done before I could get my alignment done quoted me at $700 ! Took my car to Midas instead and everything that this place told me I needed done I DIDNT NEED so instead of scamming me out of $700 my car was fine after $70 thanks to Midas ! Don’t go here , awful awful AWFUL

We decided to take our boat out one last time before putting it up for the winter and when we hooked it up to the truck the trailer for the boat had a flat tire so we figured our plans were down the tubes Walmart wouldn’t fix our tire with the boat on the trailer but Harold and the guys at Tires Plus saved the day!!!! They were awesome, wonderful to work with, were so nice and accommodating. I can’t imagine going anywhere else ever again

Amazing customer service! On a road trip we had a flat on our fifth wheel trailer . I had called three other tire shops in the area. None of them where able to repair it while I waited. I called tireplus and talked to Hector. When I got there he met me outside. He took the tire and immediately repaired it. It was not only done fast it was done correctly…. with a patch and plug! When I went to pay Hector told me there was no charge for the repair! I highly recommend them!

Great customer service. I usually go to my Hyundai dealer and decided to go to this Tires Plus for a brake related service. Hector was very thorough and explained what was going on with my car and set the expectation on the wait time. Long story short, car is fixed and drives great. I would definitely visit this location again.

Great experience. I had a slow leak in one tire and as it goes I needed 4 new tires. I was afraid of that but expected it (35000 miles on basic tires) I had two options and the difference was explained to me and my choice was the slightly more expensive option ($90 more). Now I needed these installed pretty quickly and they had a 7am next day available and I was in and out by 7.38am. Fantastic service and customer service, the shop was clean, tidy and sanitary. Free rotation and balance for life, I’ll be back, thank you Tire Plus.
