I've never had an issue going to Nick, he's very professional, honest, and helpful. I had all four of my tires replaced at a reasonable cost which really cut me a break. My car always drives so much better when I leave, I highly recommend this town fair tire! Thank you Nick.

Great experience, I talked with Nick and he helped me pick out the best tires for my Equinox. He listened to my concerns of wanting a safe tire because I travel a lot for my employment, and noise reduction, was a must have, Nick was kind and understanding, and the rest of the gentlemen and 1young lady were great as well..I give five stars, because from the moment I walked in the door I was treated very well and didn’t like I was being taking advantage of because I was a Lady.. I had a bubble in my tire and needed 2 new tires! Town Fair Tire in Plainville, MA to the rescue. When I called to set up the appointment and discuss what I needed, the gentleman was a major help! On my way the tire popped and I was going to be late and they understood and told me to come in when I could. Marc was excellent to work with from beginning to end. Promised my car by 3 and sure enough she was done. Thank you!

I can't speak on longevity quite yet but I had a great first experience here. Nick was extremely helpful in getting me in and out quickly when I got a flat tire. All of mind were needing to be replaced anyway and he found better tires for me than what I had and was able to have them changed the same day. The price point was lower than I expected too and the warranty looks great. I will definitely be back for future car care needs!

I was given a quote over the phone for 4 new tires and a balance and alignment. The price came in under that and the appointment only took an two hours. The waiting room is comfortable and had free coffee. You could also buy snacks. Great experience.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I called and Town Fair Tire in Plainville was able to take me the same day. Marc took great care and my tire was fixed in no time at all and I was on my way. It was a great experience.

I had a great experience. They were very nice and fixed my tire for almost nothing. I will go there anytime I need an oil change. I hear they rotate your tires for free when you get your oil changed.

Do you care about your wheels? If so, then you likely do not want to go here. See the pics below where they gouged a newly refurbished wheel on the front lip and all around on the inside where the machine "grabs" at the wheel. There are usually cushions of some sort to prevent the gouging, but it appears they were not installed or not maintained. The staff gave the predictable "it was like that before" despite me showing that the wheel was literally just shipped to me. They also get customer surveys. But what good are they if they don't enact upon them? Bottom line: if you have a higher end car and care about your wheels, don't go here.

One of the best experiences I've ever had. I was in a rush and I was overdue for a tire alignment. I pulled in and was out of there within 20 minutes. Nick Haight, the store manager, was helpful and friendly. He understood my situation and followed through better than I ever could have expected. Thank you Town Fair tire!
