The manager rage quit while we were there. He apparently was doing the cooking so the staff initially wasn't sure what to do, but they rallied together to get the last few meals out. I've ordered steak in three restaurants in the last couple of months including a high priced restaurant (Fle****gs). This is the ONLY ONE that's cooked it correctly. Kind of surprised a chain restaurant has a line cook that good. Unexpectedly good experience.

Never had a problem with this location until today. We could tell our server Alexis was trying her hardest but clearly has no support from management-manager took one thing off our bill after waiting almost 45 minutes for basic mediocre food. Management seriously need retraining on how to run a restaurant absolutely ridiculous. Good luck to Alexis and the rest of her fellow staff members.

When u signed in to Chili's club, u get free nachos or drinks which is very awesome. Good service and friendly. Food tasty and delicious, deserve the cost. Usually, there is no wait time for tables in weekdays. Fast service and on time. The atmosphere for the restaurant is quite and comfortable which suitable for family and friends. Alot of choices in the menu especially for family's dishes. I never thought about it but it worths the visit.

Nice place for a quiet dinner. Service was fast, courteous, and friendly. They don’t hover over you while you eat. My table was clean at my initial seating. Definitely a place to go to for a meal with the family or a place to grab a bite while the game is on.

I like the look of this Chili’s. Seem more modern and not like a log cabin like the others. Looks sleek. I think the Chili’s chain is one of the better ones. The dishes are consistent between restaurants and the staff are generally nice and attentive. The combo deals here are also good deals. But I did notice the plates seemed deceptive. They are wide and look deep, but it’s only an illusion. The bottom of the plates are extra thick. Nice trick Chili’s - you got me there. Despite the deceptive plates I still like Chili’s and prefer it over other chains.
