I can see why this location is rated so low. Customer service is lacking, you can say thank you and the employees won't even acknowledge you. Canjun fries were old too. Sides not placed in correct areas. Chicken sandwich from here is hit or miss. Sometimes good, sometimes dry af. I come here every once in a while out of convenience and then remember why I drive out to the other locations.

Chicken was not fresh. Cajun rice was good. Mac n cheese was tasty. Biscuits require a beverage to eat, they were super dry. Got a 12pc family meal it was $40. Not worth it at all. There was a homeless man touching everything inside (not sanitary). It's safe to say I will never return to this location ever.

A few things are terribly wrong with this location. They are almost always busy and slow. They are missing some items from the menu from time to time. This would be a 3 or 4 star review but when I order 6 tenders and only get 2 sauces and then ask for 1 more and have to get charged 44 cents so I have to go back to my car and look for change it's absurd. Lower the price to 25 cents including tax and if someone just needs 1 or 2 don't waste their time with your penny pinching you are just hurting your customer satisfaction. This review will be 1 star until they change the idiotic sauce policy.

This is the best customer service of all the ones I been to! The only one I will go to. There a little lady that works morning. She is the best! If i had a company, I will hire her to be the head of my company. She has heart!

I don't normally come here but each time I come its like a 30 to 40min wait. Waiting is to long and I think its do to staffing. The might need one or 2 more workers

They keep making mistakes on my orders. I asked for spicy tenders and received regular. I requested Mac and cheese. Was not provided. They made me wait 30 minutes. Liz the cashier is super nice all I heard from her were compliments to the customers and she’s super friendly greeting all the customers. She’s the best thing this restaurant May have please give her a raise she’s one in a million happy to be helped my her. Liz keep singing you made our day yesterday.
