Absolutely terrible company. I just purchased my first home and my welcome packet from Connexus was them threatening to shut off my power (I thought I had Xcel). Then they messed up my auto pay and sent me another lovely letter threatening to shut off my power, nice. Lastly, I just had to purchase a new air conditioner and was told by the company that I could get a rebate of $150...not at Connexus..they don't do rebates. I really wish I could switch companies and maybe that's why they are so terrible. They know that their customer's have no choice. We are human beings Connexus, do better. Xcel, I miss you!

First outage tonight after getting my house in 2019. Got an email notification right away saying they're aware and working on it. Got a time estimate of about an hour and a half. Lights came back on in under an hour. Happy customer

They penalize people with solar panels, and can't seem to manage looking at the account number when you send them a payment, thus often applying the payment to the wrong account. Do better. Update: long before I left this review I've reached out to the company and they made it clear they didn't care then. I find it hard to believe they suddenly care now. Nice response though. Update, they contacted me to offer a new solar option they started, allowing us to get kw credits instead of $ for the extra energy we produce. No grid access fee. Excellent solution, wish it had been set up from the start!

In speaking with the reps from Connexus regarding a tree limb issue, they are very respectful and receptive to my request. I have always had great interaction with Connexus and like doing business with such a good company. Thanks for the Great Customer service!!
