I have been very jealous that Maryville doesn't have an Ingles market. I took the opportunity on a shopping trip to Lenoir City to get groceries here. It is an attractive store. Friendly staff and very professional. Good selection of products. Laura Lynn brand is always a good savings and sometimes even a superior product to the brand names. I was a little disappointed in this Ingles compared to some I've shopped in Western NC and Knoxville area. Produce selection was not quite as good. Produce quality was a little sub par on some things. Prices are HIGH. Food City in this area has got them beat. I'll be sticking to Food City in my area. ~Dana

Beware poor customer service. Called in advance to confirm they had the correct oil and told yes. Once I arrived was told they might be out of stock and that the women you reach by phone has no idea of their actual inventory. Rather than confirming if it was available I waited in line for an hour and they didn’t check until I was in the bay and cover had been removed. Once they confirmed the oil was unavailable they offered the option of me driving to a local auto parts store to buy it myself and then return. If the local manager thought they might be out of stock why not confirm it before having me waste an hour in line??? ~robert

Cory wrapped my bumpers and did a great job. He went through many difficulties that a normal wrap shop would not attempt. My bumpers were Duraflex and he put extra effort into making them work. Did an excellent job and my mustang looks great. ~Logan

It's a great car wash! You can pay for each car wash or join their monthly plan and wash your car as many times as you want. There are a few different choices of washing, from a basic wash to a wash and wax with a dry. There are areas to park and vacuum and clean the inside of your car, too. ~Jim

Just stopped in to pick up an online order, there was a small hiccup that I hadn't been informed of. I was to either wait another 24 hours or replace it with a more expensive part. I was trying to decide what I was going to do and Adam ultimately took care of it for me. He sent me out the door with exactly what I needed and without making me fork out a lot of additional cash.
