Just stopped in to pick up an online order, there was a small hiccup that I hadn't been informed of. I was to either wait another 24 hours or replace it with a more expensive part. I was trying to decide what I was going to do and Adam ultimately took care of it for me. He sent me out the door with exactly what I needed and without making me fork out a lot of additional cash. Went there to pick out automotive paint. They left me alone while I looked (a good thing) and then put the code number on file with my painter. I was very pleased.

I love Rick and Missy. They are so awesome and helpful whether you know exactly what you need or not. There have only been a few times that they did not have a part, but they were able to get it from another store or the warehouse.

These guys are the best. I don't remember her name but she went out if her way to find what we needed. When they didn't have it she ordered it for us and it was here the next business day. Awesome place. We will go back.

Excellent service. I often get poor service from auto parts stores. The team here was excellent. They helped locate a premium part and had it ready for me within 2 hours. Everyone else could at best do 3 days later - and that was after another store provided me the wrong part. From here on I will only buy at this NAPA store. Very pleased - and I am one of the most critical customers any store could have the misfortune to walk in the front door. Again, great job. They got me a critical part that no other store could do in a very short time.
