It was 2 hours to get my oil changed. TWO HOURS! I wont go there again. Obviously under staffed and most of the people there seem clueless. It takes 5 minutes to change the oil. TWO HOURS??? Maybe consider raising your prices a little and paying the employees a little more? The one guy in charge was good and the only one that seemed to know what was going one.

Waited in line 3 cars in front of me for 45 mins got in and was told they didn't have the oil was told if I went to the Auto part's store and bought thecorrect oil they wouldn't charge me for the oil lol. Don't waste your time there I was told the truck has ran 3 times but never brought them the oil poor management I'll never waste my time at any of their business again Service: Oil change

Supposedly opens at 8 am. At 8:20 there is a line waiting and no one getting service. They have time for a smoke break and to fiddle with the cash drawer but no other signs of life.

Was there when they open right at 8 am .I sat there for 30 mins after they pulled me in and another 15 mins before anyone finally came over for a simple oil change.i was there 45 mins .no way will I ever go back. Service: Oil change

Take away the wasted time of over talking with customers, and do the work in an organized manner would help this place a lot. The workers are going from car to car with out finishing up.

I'm extremely disappointed. I usually go to Maryville location but since I was in Lenoir city I went there... Big mistake. I waited at least 45min for oil change. This oil change was done in June. Here it is August 1st. The last several weeks I had noticed my car not running quite right. So as my dad taught me I checked all my fluids (knowing they were supposed to fill them during oil change) only to be almost completely out of Power steering fluid, transmission fluid and Antifreeze!! All of which are important. Along with that when I went to check transmission fluid my dipstick was literally propped up sitting on top not screwed down inside. Almost as if someone meant to fill it but never did. This mistake could have cost me thousands in repairs. Luckily my dad taught me a few things about cars and apparently I know more than the people at Valvoline. I have now also spent at least $40 on buying these fluids to fill them because they were nearly dry! My transmission fluid was barely registering on the dipstick. I'm COMPLETELY Disappointed. I work full time and run my kids to ball practice and everything else, I don't have the extra money or time to pay for someone else's screw up. I need my car to last for years! But it won't like this! Unfortunately I won't be back! Service: Oil change

Beware poor customer service. Called in advance to confirm they had the correct oil and told yes. Once I arrived was told they might be out of stock and that the women you reach by phone has no idea of their actual inventory. Rather than confirming if it was available I waited in line for an hour and they didn’t check until I was in the bay and cover had been removed. Once they confirmed the oil was unavailable they offered the option of me driving to a local auto parts store to buy it myself and then return. If the local manager thought they might be out of stock why not confirm it before having me waste an hour in line???

They did give me a coupon for $10 off, but seemed more concerned with getting done before the stall next to me than doing a thorough and complete job. It said on my invoice that they checked my antifreeze and it was ok, but it was low and they didn't fill it.
