What's is it with CVS staff?! Seems every store I've gone to have the rudest staff! However the pharmacist here is not only easy on the eyes, he's very helpful!

Please do not go here if you need prescriptions refilled. The Pharmacist Ryan denied my prescriptions being picked up 2 days early as I travel for business and will be gone for the next 5 days. "Our app on your phone and the text messages are not accurate" He then took one of my prescriptions out of the computer and had to contact the Dr. Office to get it electronically filled. This man belittling people and doesn't understand how to count days is a big red flag as he stated we go by the calander and if you filled them on the 18th then 2 days early would be the 16th. He said he was trained that way and still belittling me as I was a criminal. I have spent over 12,000 dollars on other merchandise at CVS last year and will never do business with little Ryan as he may kill someone if he can't count the days on a calander let alone your medication!

I had an Awesome experience with the pharmacy And staff.. The pharmacist, Tom was very professional and goes outta his way to help!! I just moved to Elkhart and had started going to CVS on Bristol St., the pharmacist there, didn't catch his name.. Was very rude AND also Soo arrogant!! I'm sure I'm not the only one he treated like that.. I've heard a few times him treating others this way... :(

The Pharmacy Staff is always professional and kind, they will help in any way they can! When problems arise, be respectful of what they can do when problems arise, it's usually an insurance issue rendering them helpless! Not Rude unless you are...

For the last 2 months they shorted my prescriptions. First month 10 pills and now 30 out of 60 pills. I'm going to do everything in my power to get the person that's stealing fired and into jail where he/she belongs.

The service is what makes my experience very below unsatisfactory. I went in for a drink and a money order. I was walking past the clerk to get a drink and I said hello. Nothing. No hello back,not even a smile. Then I go up to the register and tell her I need a money order,she doesn't say thank you,or have a good day. She didn't even hand me my reciept. I had to reach over the counter to do it,because she walked away. Which was kind of difficult because I'm wearing a cast on my leg. Thank you "Trena" . Because of you I won't be back.
