This store does not have showers open because they claim short staffed. Maybe they should pay more or the manager can clean but truck drivers come here for showers. I will not be back at this location.

Just the same as all the other pilots really. At least the one with McDonald's has the Cinnabon. Dunkin donuts are gross so are their muffins. Not too mention Rich Products in Morristown is the one that makes the muffins for Dunkin. Or at least they did when I worked there. I'd take Krispy Kreme or Knead Donuts in Morristown anyday over Dunkin. At least it's fresh and tasty.

We just love stopping here! Ken and Heather are welcoming, friendly and helpful!! The staff at Wendy’s are great as well. The store is clean and well stocked. Best Pilot on Tennessee 81 and 40. You guys rock!!

I went to get shower . Manger tried talk me out of it . Said be a 1 hour . I said I don't care I stink I ant had shower 2 days . She commented she stunk to . I walked out after paying for a team shower go some were else . If you don't like cleaning showers get another job 🙄

Came in late on May 11th 2022. Waited for 30 min to shower to be told it would be longer because showers weren't cleaned and 1st shift is gone and 2nd shift wasn't on yet. Hmmm? What time is it I asked...RESPONSE: Its 9:53. Hmm?? Showers closed for that long?? I love Pilot but won't come here again. Sorry.

Didn't think much about poping in, pilot tc are usually big, a nice 15 min stop, donuts, Jerky, cold drinks, and the 2 for $6.50 pizza was as wide as the width of my hand open wide. Perfect to eat folded and 1 handed. Hot, not dried out and by the time you get back on the road just the right warm temp for to go pizza lol.

This is one of the best overall Pilots I've been too. Plenty of parking. Very clean inside and outside. The staff are super friendly. A shout to Heather on night shift. Her kindness and attention to detail made my morning.

This pilot doesn’t have app compatibility for the showers. It’s the good old first come, first serve, write your name on the list system. So please be patient with their staff as there will be a wait. With that said, even though it was a little busy, the staff was nice and professional even with the increased workload so I give them credit for that. The store was tidy and neatly organized and the shower was very clean. I’m not a big fan of PFJ, but I would definitely stop here again.

This Pilot is a great place for a quick stop. It was right off the main road. The parking lot was large and fairly easy to get in and out of. There are many food options inside including all the regular Pilot food, a Dunkin Donuts express, and a Wendys. The bathrooms could probably use an update but they were fairly clean and well stocked. The employees inside the Pilot were awespme. There were three cashiers and everyone was greeted with a smile. Great place to stop!
