The store is very well stocked the aisles are not wide enough for two cart's to move around in. They have food, kitchen Ware's, towels, baby clothes men clothes and women clothes. baby wipes diapers, bottles , makeup , shampoo and conditioner. Deodorant . Hurt burn medicine. Headache medicine, phone Cards. Toy's . Socks for women,men , and kid's. Cashier was very happy and greeted us . Free Parking and handicap parking. Not so handicap friendly on access. Wear masks before entering the building.

This is the worst dollar general I have ever been in. You can never get down the aisles. It is definitely wheelchair accessible inside the store. There are always carts in the way. Store is cluttered

Haven’t been in store in a long time and happened to walk in today and was very impressed with the stores upkeep and the cashier named Sherry was pleasant to deal with will be coming back more often

Very friendly manager Christina is her name. She helped my husband pick a cleaner since they didn't have what I sent him for and I like what she picked better so I'm glad she was there to help.

A member in Management wasn't very friendly n refused to give me credit for my mobile coupons while she kept over talking me n the employee that was trying to assist me n I ended up canceling my sale because with my coupons not given credit n the manager said she wasn't allowed to manually apply any type of coupons that didn't come off like they are supposed to. But went to the dollar store when I arrived in Newport n the manager at the Newport store seen the coupons n what i was purchasing matched n was very happy to correct the error. Maybe this manager needs training by this area's supervisor

The White Pine Store had a great sale today! The $1 aisle was great....most everything I needed to buy , was on that aisle. The store is more presentable than about 8 months ago. I enjoyed my shopping trip very much. 1 Lady, which I presumed was the Mgr was going thru store, looking at products on ALL aisles.....& singing while she worked! She was the 1 that waited on me at register & was so very congenial & efficient. She helped me enjoy shopping again!!!😇🌈✔ I probably saved 60% to 70% on all items I purchased! Thx for the savings & the pleasant singing!!!🐣🎵🎶🎹🎼

Since the new store manager in 2018. Misty started working the store has been a ton better! She knows what she's doing so keep her!!! Just wish they would give her employees, then that store would run perfectly. Kinda hard to run a store like that with 4 people total.

This store seriously needs help...I have been there numerous times, and the isles are sooo crowded with merchandise still packed on carts, and empty shelves! I have never seen over two employees there at any given time, and they are always at the register. Can you not hire help to stock the shelves??? I would make so many more purchases if the shelves were stocked...if I could make my way down the aisles, and if I could maneuver my way to the register! This has been going on for way too long!! WOW, what a difference! After avoiding this store for several months, I walked in to find a clean, organized store, with everything I needed on the shelves! No carts in the aisles, and shelves were well stocked! I know the employees have been working so hard, and I wanted to let them know that it is very much appreciated. I will definitely be shopping here as long as I can get thru the aisles!

Because dollar General in White Pine is always a mess. They always have those racks that are full of merchandise that is supposed to put on shelves or stocked in the back instead of throughout the store every day of the week. The shelves are also always a mess. It appears to be obvious the manager (s) at this store do not care at all about their store. I only go in if family dollar does not have what I am looking for, which by far is a much better store. It is always neat, organized and clean.

Not a pleasant store to go to. I've had the exact same experience every time I have been. Complete mess everywhere.. extremely long wait.. two check out lanes.. two workers.. yet only one lane open and one worker working. Not to mention that all the workers are rude and obviously lazy based on the condition of the store.
