I had done wire transfer before on a Saturday and came back to do another one because it is my only day off. They told me they don't do wires on Saturdays even though I showed them the proof of the one I did before. They refused to do it because they were just taking care of the people opening credit cards and bank accounts. The service wire was not free it would cost me $45 and they still refused to do it. SO UPSETTING 😡

Nearly 30 minutes to see a teller at 9:40am on a Wednesday. Only one window open. We’re past the point that this can be blamed on COVID. This location desperately needs more tellers, and if BoA can’t recruit them, they need to look at the pay that they’re offering. There’s a palpable tension in the lobby from the exasperated customers. On the plus side, they did have quarters and the teller helpfully offered more than I needed just in case they ran out and didn’t have them the next time I needed them.

10 people working and only 1 is a teller [the rest are just walking back and forth]. A line out the door and down the side of the building. The 1 teller actually working is taking 10 min per person. This is outrageous, go to another location.

Raquel was incredibly friendly and helpful. I started an account online which then got closed immediately. After calling BofA, they said I had to come into a Branch to provide two forms of ID which was frustrating. It was really calming working with Raquel and she made the process smooth and quick. I appreciated that she even took the time to go through setting up my online account and run down the different app features with me even 10 mins after the bank technically closed. I am excited that many of the bank features I need can be done though the app. Thanks Raquel!

To the young man who manages this bank and checks people in on the Ipad; change your D**K ATTITUDE. You come off so arrogant and stand offish. Take a 15 minute break if needed. Learn to listen and communicate properly. It's very unpleasant to see you always try to prove your point and constantly coming off so egotistic.

Worst Bank of America branch i ever been too, you don't want to come here. The bald headed manager has the worst character ever. They don't give you any explanation on when something is wrong or when you want more detail, they just say "yep, we can't do it" and try and kick you out the door. Its just an unprofessional experience. Beware. Stay away. All reviews here hold true, its just one bad branch overall.

This location is always SUPER busy and there is only two tellers who would take customers and three to four employees just walk around, laughing and having no care in the world to help out/work behind the counter. It takes you good 20 to 25 minutes or even longer just to make simple Deposits. Every review her is about same thing but I don’t think they care about any of it.

I've called daily for a week at various hours of the day and never has someone answered. My debit card was once locked incorrectly while using it at this location's ATM. I tried going inside at 4pm but the door would not open with any of my BoA cards. When a customer finally let me in the inside door was locked early and the employees just looked at me from inside and did not answer. I spent the next 2 hours on the phone on hold with BoA only to find out their algorithm sometimes 'randomly' will lock debit cards and there is no flag or authentication they can provide to avoid this. There are still only 2 tellers so the wait can be long inside. This branch does not have currency exchange readily available.

They wouldn’t cash a check over 5,000 and didn’t give a reason. They confirmed $ in the account. All the identifications were perfect. They simply refused too. According to them the answer is simply no. Now sadly the cash was needed to pay for installers for the floor. No cash. They left. Thank you boa!

I do could give less stars I would. I have time to write this review because I'm in mine at this particular Bank of America . I have been in line the past ten minutes . I have watched 6 employees walk in with bags of food and go straight to a restricted area . Mean while two tellers are working .... maybe you guys should pace the lunch breaks or have somebody help you tellers .did I mention it's 2pm on a Friday . There 6 of us in line . If you want to review your cameras th check I am the girl in the purple shirt texting. Preferred customer or not they don't care if you are helped . The party in the back is more important . Bank sucks oh employees number 6 just walked in with a plant.
