This Taco Bell is not a good one. I’ve ordered a black bean quesarito at many, many Taco Bells with no issue. This Taco Bell told me I had to order it online. It doesn’t make sense to me, what is the difference if I order it online or order it in person? I didn’t have my phone on me at the time so I couldn’t get the one thing I came there for…. I am extremely disappointed and left there hungry. I have worked in the food and service industry for many years, so I get what it is like and I don’t mean to be a demanding customer but I just really don’t understand what the difference is. They could easily make it, but they wouldn’t even tho I had absolutely no way of ordering it online so I had to leave empty handed. There is a Taco Bell a few miles down the road, I would skip this one and head there!!!!

They took really long with my order and then when it came out they forgot my two coffees and then I told them and they took like minimum 30 minutes to get it… and then I came again and the same events… needs new employees

What’s the point of ordering drive thru on the mobile app if they never let you pick it up through the drive thru? That and I’ve never gotten a complete order correct without a mess up at this location in years. Kids in the drive thru late at night too busy chit chatting to read an order.

Not once do i go here and they get anything made right always stuff missing ask you for sauces dont give you a single one and its alwqys the same low eyed junk bags clearly too high on dope to remember an order for 35 seconds. Dont even bother just go to the dartmouth one.

Young workers, just jamming to music, being a bit loud. Place was dirty, and not fully stocked although there were enough staff to clean and stock since all they were doing were standing around on there phones and talking. People just don't have the mindset like we use to about atmosphere and customer service anymore. Definitely need more training.

I ordered a salad. I asked for it to be for here. 10 minutes later they bagged it. I did not complain I went to my table. There was only a knife in my bag. I went to the counter and asked the gentleman that served me for a fork, I waited 10 minutes never received my fork. So I threw my salad in a bag and walked out. Not a great experience.....

When you’ve been working all day get food and come home to this…fries all over the bag not even in proper container(legit on the bottom) not to mention no nacho sauce (which is main part of the fries) not to mention my taco was split in half not even able to access it appropriately to eat ( which isn’t hard considering it’s a taco) but clearly at this time it’s impossible. Sadly. The girl at the window was amazing but the guy that was cooking had a terrible attitude and talking absurdly as if I couldn’t even hear and making the girl at the window uncomfortable.. not cool 👎

How is this a taco? I have never had an item from Taco Bell that looks anything like it's advertised as. The regular tacos are shown as being filled to the brim with food. What do I get? Something that is barely 1/4 full. Plenty of people have sued companies for stupid reasons but I'm surprised no one has sued Taco Bell for false advertisement regarding image to actual product comparisons.

No soap in the bathroom which means that the male employees weren’t washing their hands. And the beans were super dry and crusty which makes it inedible.
