So, here’s the deal. I’ll acknowledge their is a national worker shortage. Further, I’ve gone to this Dunks many times over the past few years, it’s 24/7, and usually they’re pretty good and a good place to do studying and drink coffee with the WiFi. That’s why this is 3 stars and not less. Here’s the issue though. I often see a lack of initiative and apathy from the employees there. Let me give an example. This past Saturday, I do an order ahead. We get there, find the coffee, but not the bagels. It’s not too busy in there, yet my wife and I wait 10 min before asking where’s the bagels. This female worker with dark hair and glasses is like we don’t have any bagels. And I get that, but if you saw an order that you couldn’t fulfill, would you think “hey, those two sole people waiting may have ordered the bagels, perhaps I should tell them we’re out.” Nope. Not from her. Anyway, we say we will have muffins instead. The lady says “ok, I’ll be right back.” 5 min in, I’m like “what’s up?” She’s like “I’m toasting your muffins” and I see her with a tray of English muffins. Hello!? Did I say English muffins?? We eventually got real muffins each 20 min after arriving at the store. Look, it’s a Saturday morning. The store isn’t that busy. I’d expect a little bit more initiative by the employees. And this is not the first time. Idk who the manager is, but if I were you, I’d examine things. Are your workers overworked? Is morale low? Are you having to resort to hiring imbeciles and derelicts for staff? Why should I come back to this Dunkins- there’s like well over 200 of them within the 128 corridor that I could choose instead.

I am very pleased on the repair that they did remodeled the Dunkin Donuts on the south artery it is very nice in the people in there were very helpful I go there every night and I buy my coffee and it's very good they're the people were very nice all of them they work very hard and I'm very happy to see that that place looks really nice I am I am very happy to see it looks so nice they did a wonderful job replacing that and remodeling it it looks excellent

Very bad experience. The employee that was manning the cashier couldn’t speak or understand English. She asked us numerous times what we wanted to order only to not give us what we had asked for and half of our order hadn’t even been printed on the ticket for the other staff to make. Then, the rest of the staff was annoyed because our food was just laying there because they couldn’t be bothered to call us up. I don’t mind non-English speaking employees working, but don’t put them in a position where they have to actually communicate with customers.

So, we ordered few drinks and food, when I got there our food was took by some one, the guys in the story they don't care who took your things, and they don't make new food for you or give your money back even that is their responsbility that lost your things.

The coffee is great and the staff was so so super nice and amazing!! I was visiting for the weekend and was waiting here for a little while and they were so nice and I heard a few other customers say how much they loved the coffee at this specific location.

I am local from that area, but there is a really first time I have that bad bad Experian! Sometimes item out of stock, we all understand, But for fast food quality, I wait for 15 minutes but no one noticed me about the order I have, was out of stock, it’s OK! So I asked for refund, unfortunately the manager seem so exhausted, that made me feel like I’m the one who try to make trouble, keep telling me calm down? I wonder what I did to you? If you’re tired for your job, you should take a break and go home, not giving your customer attitude like your customer giving you a hard time, and the main thing to make me feel so disappointing! Everybody worked there they don’t wear a mask! Everyone! Pandemic never stop, they always a reason!

The staff in this store are very unprofessional. They discriminate against customers who don't speak Chinese. There is a black woman who is not very tall. Her service attitude is very bad, which makes me feel bad. Would you be kicked out if you were deaf?

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. First of all, when I walked in I tripped on the door ledge, which is raised. They should either put a sign or lower it. Second, I did an on the go order and they forgot part of my order. No big deal whatsoever. I waited multiple minutes - whatever. When I tried to get the attention of a worker she ignored me at first, then I said "Excuse me", she looked up and rolled her eyes and handed me the bag. I worked retail for 5 years so I get that it was busy, however this was uncalled for. I was polite. Worst service of my life, and they even messed up my order! They gave me the wrong muffin.

The only reason this is getting 5 stars is because of the lady working the coffee station this morning. She’s a boss and should be the manager. The manager came out made 1 coffee and then went out back while they were really busy and the sandwich station was failing. The lady of coffee didn’t miss a beat though. She noticed a gentleman spilled his coffee and had a new one made before he could even ask. She also made sure toilet him know not to worry about the mess the staff would clean it. She then hopped right over to help sandwiches and asked the cashier to help with coffees if needed. She even made sure to apologize for the wait times and made the customers feel appreciated. Now that is management material! Not the manager you have
