Not a happy Dunkin’ experience. Luckily the girlfriend’s sister had cash because their credit card system was down and the DD app didn’t work either. The signage on the restroom was aggressive - PAYING CUSTOMERS - which is funny because the bathroom was gross 🤢 Grilled cheese wasn’t prepared well at all. To top it off, this place must have some bad juju because Isa dropped her phone and cracked the whole back 🤦🏼♂️ Can’t wait to cross over the bridge to the Cape!!

I ordered Dunkin the other day and my server was super disrespectful l. His name was Braden. He told me to F off and made racial comments referring me to things I do not like. He needs to be fired ASAP!

I work here currently and I completely get why people say we’re super slow.. but y’all do realize that there’s another Dunkin’ Donuts 2 minutes down the road towards McDonald’s and there’s ANOTHER 5 minutes away in Manomet? If you don’t feel like waiting in line, go to either of the other ones. It’s hard to understand exactly how difficult it is to make so many personalized orders in such a short time. People barely ever tip, are really snippy and entitled, and get huge orders. Most of these bad reviews are very explainable but the people commenting them don’t listen. I love the other staff members here and we have a very nice manager. I love this place, even though working there (as most coffee shops and/or Dunkin’ Donuts) can be difficult.

I too, have to give this location one star. Went in yesterday (first time in a long while)for iced coffee. Always half caff black no ice french vanilla flavor. Somehow she brings me what appears to have milk /cream with ice. I reminded her that it was black no ice. She said that's what it is. Before I could inquire further, she says that's the vanilla sweetener turning it milky light. I asked for the regular vanilla and she says "You have to be more specific when you order". Not at any other DD I go to. So...she makes another with the regular flavor and brings it to me, with ice. At that point, I was all set, and took it home to remove the ice(we drink it the next day). She wasn't rude, but close to it. I always tip, because I know how hard it can be to bypass the ice bin! Not yesterday.

The girls working here work pretty hard. They make sure that you are satisfied with your order. They accidentally messed up my iced coffee and made sure that I was happy with my order. They redid it and theyre all super friendly.

I work at this Dunkin and we have an amazing manager , Tayler Skinner , and a wonderful staff , we try our very hardest to make every customer happy and to give them best experience possible. We are an extremely high volume store but we try our very best to make everybody happy and I know I certainly do , I am there at 3:45 in the morning 4 days a week including weekends ! I love my Dunkin ! XOXO
