Was sold what I was told was a tungsten wedding band, specifically for my line of work. After looking at it more closely it clearly says stainless steel on it. You can find the same one online direct from China. Not only was I mislead and lied to, but I was sold something I did not want.

I was at the DANA AUGUSTINE RESET SHOW ! I must say that Ben who helped me with my idea of a new setting was wonderful . We looked at hundreds of settings with no rushing or pressure! The other jeweler was just as professional As well. This was my second setting show at Kays . the other show was 20 years ago. You won't be disappointed. Also a shout out to the Kay jewelers , who are knowledgeable Vicki, Ann& 2 other employees as well!!! A big Thank you Jan W

I had put a ring on layaway and planned on picking it up when they had a big sale. With everything going on, I was afraid that they were going to be closed the weekend of the sale so I called and expressed my concern. They told me that if I could make it down that day that they would sell me the ring for what I’d get it for during the sale. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. Would definitely recommend this place.
