The lab techs do NOT want to be here. This location needs corporate attention on staffing.

excellent service, super pleasant tech from Poland, skillful phlebotomist and great restaurant recommendations...

The wait is always absurd. Currently I’ve been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes to get blood drawn. I signed in, they passed over me, took multiple other patients. I had to sign in AGAIN. It said 5 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago.

Twice I paid my $10 copay at the Quest facility when my blood was drawn. And then got billed by quest again. Paid twice. No longer will pay at point of service til Quest gets their billing system corrected. I believe I have a right to ask and verify which tests are ordered. Sometimes get push back from the phlebotomist and told to ask my doctor. I disagree, I have a right to know what tests bloodwork is being drawn for.

I have been a patient using Quest for a long time. The techs/,phlebotomists are always friendly and competent. They give "great needle" and I appreciate that. We're lucky to have them.. M izte

Avoid this Quest if you are a walk-in, unless you have hours and hours at your disposal. Even though Quest is supposedly a separate company/entity, you will be preempted by any patient at Outer Cape that needs blood work. Zero consideration for how long you’ve been waiting. They don’t take appointments, but have a wait time on their website that said “Live wait time is 0 minutes” the 2+ hours I waited. 🙄
