I purchased a silver bracelet with different types of pearls and stones(over $650) while visiting Provincetown on September 2021 from a lovely lady. This Tuesday I was there again wearing it, and asked a male staff there if he could clean it for me, he said no I should take it to a jeweler to have it steamed, or clean it myself with a towel he was selling. No other customer or anyone else was there, and he was sitting behind the counter unoccupied. Don't expect customer service once you are out the door.

If I could give zero stars I would. When we entered the store we weren’t greeted, since the owner was busy chatting with a couple friends. I was interested in buying an expensive ring I had seen in a case and waited for quite awhile while she continued gossiping with these women. When she finally made eye contact with me, I said nicely “excuse me” and she looked at me and said “did you mean to say excuse me sorry to interrupt?!” Who talks to a customer like that who is interested in buying an expensive ring!? These women were not conducting a sale, they were talking about personal things and were obviously acquaintances. I walked out immediately, shocked to be spoken down to like that when I was a paying customer trying to get assistance. Shop owners in Provincetown are generally friendly and welcoming. This experience was unacceptable and I would tell everyone to avoid her shop as there are so many other jewelry shops in Provincetown worthy of the business.

Beautiful selection of fine jewelry with a wonderful variety of styles and materials. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent merchandising as well. Bought a unique pearl necklace here for a great price. Worth a visit to treat yourself or a love one to something special!
