I highly recommend this Kay Jewelers to anyone. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They ensured that we knew where my wife's ring was headed and what would be done to it. Mike was professional and personable. We did not get the woman's name who was there that day, but she made sure we were taken care of and answered all of our questions. We look forward to coming back to this store.

I have never had a worst experience then I had at this Kay Jewelers. I went in around July 14th to get a bracelet that was given to me as a gift replaced because the bracelet just broke. Kay's Jewelers informed me they would reorder one a call me when it was ready. I left all my info and waited patiently for months. I did not get a call back so I called in to check on the status. The rep that answered asked who I had spoken to that day I informed her of the reps name. While on hold a man now came back to the phone stating he was the manager and asked me for all of my info again name what type of bracelet so he can order. I provided the info to him just a little upset because I know waited all these weeks for no reason. The manager asked what size bracelet, I told him the size he said he had one available in store. I said great and informed him I was on my way. I get to this Kay's to find out that was not the correct Bracelet. Now furious the Kay's Clerk informs me I can have the one in the store because the bracelet that was bought for me as a gift is not sold in stores anymore, and in order for me to get this exact bracelet again I would have to Pay out of pocket for the bracelet. I've had the run around with this store and they honestly made me not even want to shop at Kay's again. If someone buys me a gift from Kay's I will asked the to return it. I DO NOT want the hassle ever again!
