Service was rushed, there is only two staff, I went for a pedicure and she did that in less than 15mins the only difference was the color of the polish on my nails I was not impressed for $30 the service sucks. I would never return. They want to please everyone but it doesn't make sense if your not getting the job done properly.

I have had a great experience with the people at Pretty Nails. Thank are kind and professional. They do a fantastic job on my acrylic nails and I have a difficult time finding anyone who can do them right. They know how to do them. Highly recommend! Jason and Danny are terrific!! I am changing my glowing review to I will never come here again! The owners apparently sold this salon. When I called this morning at 10 and 1030, nobody was here yet. The gentleman that is supposed to be the manager didn’t acknowledge that I was even talking to him. I asked where Jennifer was and he completely ignored me. The girl burnt me with the dremal twice, then with the hot rock and then with the hot towel. I had intended on a gel manicure and gel pedicure…I am leaving with a regular pedicure because Im sure it will be coming off when I get home. Too bad, the other owners were great!!
