Constantly rotating staff. All working at this branch that opened my business account are twice gone. I deposited a personal check from a different bank less than a mile away and chase placed a 7 day hold on it - I could have walked the cash there same day.

Horrible Customer Service. Had a major issue today and was transferred to so many different departments and never found a resolution. Beware of Zelle stipulations. I was also told that I would receive a call back because of an issue. This was over 6 hours ago.

Anna Arzumanyan provided the worst service. I wanted to notarize a bank document and set up an appointment with her. I told her about this document while setting up the appointment. When I walked in for the appointment, she mentioned that she couldn’t notarize it because it was from another bank. I later checked this with the Belmont branch of Chase and they confirmed no such law exists and she could have notarized it. I went to an UPS store to get my documents notarized. This was a waste of my time. I see there are other bad reviews for Anna here. I am not surprised. Chase bank I think you can do better than providing this kind of service .

I stopped in to inquire about starting an account this morning. I was horrified that the Chase employee asked me to sit in-front of her in her office while on the phone discussing another one of her customers business account (name of customer, name of business, and last 4 of account number). I could have easily waited outside... I do not believe they value PRIVACY at Chase. Would not recommend this location...

This is definitely one of the best branches in the Massachusetts area. Pretty recent and my experience has been simply amazing. I can say the reception can improve a little more but my interaction with banker Anna was great. She was super helpful, answered all the questions so patiently and really proactive. Thank you !

I went to this branch ( Watertown mall) today and ask someone that name is Anna to confirm my Certification of Identify, she was very very rude and impolite and also she was not professional in her job and Never can help with any issues and just told me I can not do that. I just wanted to tell you don't talk to her because she is very very rude. try another branches. I had great experiences with this branch and I love this chase bank but today I was disappointed.

The best banking experience in my life! The entire team was wonderful and our banker Jack took incredible care of us. It was the first time I felt like a banker cared about our financial goals instead of trying to sell us products. Family friendly and amazing all around! A Chase bank that has recently been opened. The banker who I talked with was super friendly! She helped me to lookup the information of my checking account and found ways to help me avoid the monthly maintenance fee. Also the inside made you felt like it is not a bank but more like a cozy place where to meet friends and chat freely.
