A friend of mine took her vehicle here after an accident. They had it for over 6 months! They always had many excuses to why her car wasn't done! Finally she had to threaten them with filing criminal charges against them! They threw her car back together. She had it towed to another mechanic and they said if she had driven the car. There was a safety issue because nothing was tightened down properly!! Take your vehicle ANYWHERE but here!!

Do not use this shop. They are known for keeping your car after a collision and not giving it back even though they have the insurance money. Someone I know car has been there for going on 5 months and they have not touched it. They also will not give her car back which is the worst part to me. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Update: We drove to the shop and Damien has scheduled the electrical work on my father's car for July 18th. I will update this review after the work is done **** This is my second review of this business, the first which was taken down because the business owner Damien committed to fixing the issues, but I am writing again because the issues continue. Damien has not returned multiple attempts to contact him after returning my father's car in abysmal shape. My father's car was damaged in his care, with completely screwed up wiring. Before the car was brought to Damien's shop the mirrors, door locks, turn signals, emergency lights, horn, all worked - now they don't, and he won't return our calls. Damien, please call us back and fix what was damaged. Services: Transmission, Electrical, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Tires, Body & Trim

We had our car detailed and It came out great. They did a thorough job from bumper to bumper. The wheels and tires looked amazing. We had some suntan lotion on the leather seats that beautifully cleaned. We'll done.

I had my 9 year old Toyota Camry detailed. The interior looks like new. The exterior is bright and shiny and the few nicks and dents I have are barely noticeable. The employees were very pleasant and thorough. I’m very pleased with the job they did on my car.

Bought a Cape Cod deal to get my car detailed. Detailing was fine. Wanted some touch up bodywork done at the same time. They didn't do it. Made me feel like t by eye forgot about it. Said they would call me during the week....never did. Fyi. Who puts touch up paint on a scratch and the tells you to go home and put clear nail polish on it to make it shine.

Great work, good prices, and super people! I had the headlights on my 2006 RAV4 restored, and they look like new. I was so impressed with their work I took advantage of their bumper deal and had the rear bumper repaired and repainted. Workmanship is outstanding and they detailed my car when they were done. Quick turnaround, too. I highly recommend Cape Quality Collision.
